Hunger stop today on the bike trail. Nice outdoror but covered seating just a block from the trail. I ordered the Italian Stallion sandwich with beans and tots (I love tots) while my group shared the potato mountain. When my order came out in about 5 minutes I was astounded by sheer amount of food that arrived. This was easily enough for 2 and was seriously delicious. BBQ can sometimes be boring but this was clearly not. hands down best beans I have had anywhere and I order beans...
Music by Mason Jar on the patio was awesome, free beer to boot! Half hour from DSM, but totally worth the drive. Lori greeted us, and immediately knew we were not Minburnites. Very friendly. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed free beer and I ordered a Jack Daniel's Float (homemade ice cream i think) it was great. But the highlight of this place is the food. Such and fun and friendly environment! Good food, plenty of drinks, games to play, and the best staff. Mark was so giving and easy to talk to and our waiter was lovely. Stop by and you won’t be disappointed!
