Had them cater for our wedding last week and was not impressed with the meats and potatoes. The chicken was very dry and had no flavor, and the loin was dry and tough to eat. The potatoes tasted like they were instant potatoes and no flavor or herbs. The two guys that came to set up and serve did a great job though, to be honest, that is the only reason why I'm giving them two stars!!!
Yummy beef jerky! I should have bought more. Beautiful large American flag on the wall. June is helpful and friendly. Shopping here was such a treat for us. Dogs loved their bones too. Thank you, hope to be back someday.
Listen. I will put their breakfast sausage up agaist anything. They cracked the code on the buttery beef jerky. Jalapeño brats in the pic. Great butcher shop!!

Just picked up a hog from these guys. The bacon is absolutely phenomenal! Thick wide cuts. Great pig, great market. Price almost put me at 4 stars. But my ownership in that is to ask more questions next time. Thanks guys!
I don't know what happened when we brought our animals in, but the cuts and the quality of the meat were different then we were used to. Not sure exactly what happened. Probably won't be coming back.
Poor quality in the meat we got. Not sure what happened but it definitely wasn't what we ordered.

Not sure what happened to the bacon, but I had a full pig processed here and about 95% of the bacon had to be tossed. Tasted and smelled like some kind of chemical. Not sure if it got messed up during curing somehow. Also had maple and Italian sausage made. Have found sausage that is labeled as Italian is actually maple, so that sure is disappointing when you plan a meal for Italian only to have it be maple.
