Just picked up a hog from these guys. The bacon is absolutely phenomenal! Thick wide cuts. Great pig, great market. Price almost put me at 4 stars. But my ownership in that is to ask more questions next time. Thanks guys!

I don't know what happened when we brought our animals in, but the cuts and the quality of the meat were different then we were used to. Not sure exactly what happened. Probably won't be coming back.

Not sure what happened to the bacon, but I had a full pig processed here and about 95% of the bacon had to be tossed. Tasted and smelled like some kind of chemical. Not sure if it got messed up during curing somehow. Also had maple and Italian sausage made. Have found sausage that is labeled as Italian is actually maple, so that sure is disappointing when you plan a meal for Italian only to have it be maple.

This place catered my daughters wedding in November 2021. It was arranged by the grooms family, so I had nothing to do with the plans except paying for it. The food was awful and basically inedible. The meats - chicken breast and ribs - were both over cooked and dry. The chicken breast couldn’t be cut with a knife… that’s how dry it was. The “salad” was soaked in dressing… literally the lettuce was floating in Italian dressing…. And was also inedible. The side dishes of smoked corn and potatoes were just as bad taste-wise. And the unsanitary things made this all the worse… no gloves when setting up the food, directly touching the dinner rolls without gloves or masks…. Just bad bad bad. More food ended up in the garbage than what was actually eaten. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND these folks for catering. Might be ok on the meat market side, but they should not be doing catering.

They offer a VARIETY of fresh options for reasonable prices. It was truly hard to pick what we wanted to have catered. Not only did they help us cater nearly 300 guests for our wedding, but many of our close friends have used them for their weddings as well. Their generosity with help throughout our night was highly substantial. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.
