Who ever worked 8pm on 5/31/25 is amazing as soon as the door opened they rushed to the front because they didn't want anyone to wait loved that! However I did have a mobile order so it wasn't necessary but still appreciated. Then when I opened my bag I asked for a crazy amount of olives and they did it! Mad love they even put extra olives in a container in case it wasn't enough! It was over my expectation and I'm loving it thank u!

Worst sub I've ever had. They put condiments on the sub I didn't order, & forgot ones that I did order, put so much sauce on made it soggy. 9 times out of 10 the order is messed up or when ordering online they take an extra 20-30mins to finish making the subs past when it is supposed to be finished.

This has to be the worst subway around. The last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve actually got a sandwich once.. one night we ordered online. Was about 10 minutes late for pick up and 45 minutes before they closed. When I got there they were closed . The next time we ordered online said our sandwiches would be done by 6:10 . I finally left the store at 6:50 with my To go order . When I arrived there wasn’t anyone in the store and 2 employees seemed more interested in talking to each other. Took like about 45 minutes after my sandwich was done. Went there for lunch today and they made my sandwiches but wouldn’t accept my cash .

My husband and my child had a sub from their subs in the Monticello subway and after we got home they got sick with diarrhea. They got food poising from it. Will never eat there again.

Staff gave my one sandwich from my online order to another customer who's order was wrong. I had to wait for instore customers to get my order. My order that was placed online turned into an instore pick up. Both sandwiches were toasted. So when I requested that both my sandwiches be remade as the other was cold from sitting on the counter. The staff rolled their eyes and instead of apologizing whispered to each other and showed signs of inconvenience.
Now, i am somewhat of a sandwich connoisseur. and from what i can say, coming from someone of such high experience and expectations as me i can say without a shadow of a doubt that subway can make a pretty damn good sandwich. I came in and ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, then i added on the onion and bell peppers and had the employees put it in the oven for extra time and by golly was it something special. very wonderful sandwich, would ingest againEdit: Greetings fellow patrons. You see, for the last 4 years by wife had been forcing me to be a vegan. For 4 years I wasn't allowed to eat any meat but when I got that first philly I just about had it. My cravings for meat and cheese were so out of control I just had to indulge myself in another Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Both my first and second sandwich runs were a success but on my third venture to subway, my wife's boss had also been there and saw me eat my philly. About 10 minutes later I got a call from my wife, she was screaming and yelling. calling me a monster and asking how I could betray animal lives the way I had, she then told me that she had secretly been having an affair with none other than her boss, and that her boss had been waiting for me to slip up so that way she could divorce me. I am now homeless, and I live on the corner of the road by the subway and every day I go out and beg for money, and when I can, I buy another philly cheesesteak. I just cant control myself anymore and If I don't fix my life fast I may end up in a dead end, or 6 feet under.

I ordered a wrap but they (their name tag saidSebastian) didn’t put a foot long portion of meat on my sandwich. as well as they didn’t wrap it correctly. It taste fine. Just upset that I didn’t get the right amount and paid for it.
