Place used to be good. It's a joke now. They're always out of everything and everything's always down. They might as well close down and open up some other restaurant there. Maybe another McDonald's would be better.

Went through the drive-through September 4 around 7 o'clock two cars in front of me. This is the fastest time I've ever went through a drive-through ever anywhere. As soon as I got to the window, they were handing my food and taking my money. Everything was hot and delicious. The two gals working there were working with a sense of urgency and I appreciated that. Nobody likes to sit in a drive-through for a long time five stars.

This was the worst service I have ever had at any Arby's. I placed my order ( a larger order so I went over it with the guy at the register 3 times.. he still messed up and didn't charge us for everything ( which we found out when our food came out) I told them id pay for the food but asked if she could get it made ( we already had our food) no I had to wait in line another 30+ minutes and then another 45+ minutes for the rest of our food so our original food was freezing cold by the time we got all of our food.. the Leader of the night was extremely rude and unprofessional during the entire visit ( including having her underwear showing every time she bent over) I know they were busy however I have worked in the fast food industry and the level of unprofessionalism was outrageous. I traveled over 20 hours to come to Mt. Pleasant for the worst service ever.

They recently updated there new hrs to be open tell midnight I went there at 11:15 and all lights was on inside and out including drive thru menu could see workers inside standing around I figured they was busy so I waited 10 min ( too long ) sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken ..then a worker came out to have a cigarette next to drive thru menu board I said are you guys open he said no we close at 11:30 (so I could have been served ( 15 min ago) I said you guys need to shut your drive thru lights off and put something up stating you close at 11:30 and Not 12 like your website/ window says and all your lights on ..he probably wouldn't have told me they was closed if I didn't ask ...I Also call 3 times No answer....

Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes before close, was ignored for 5 minutes before going in and hearing them hiding from us. On a late night move after driving several hours, extremely hungry and disappointed

The hours of operation were recently updated online to indicate closure at midnight. The gal was making sandwiches when I went in to the travel center. I went to my vehicle to ask my riding companion if they wanted Arby’s. When I returned to the counter, in an unnecessarily loud and obnoxious voice the gal said she closed at 11:30pm. I was just in there a minute ago and she was busy making food for a bunch of truckers. Signs say they close at 12:00am. Peculiar lady, unsettling experience.

Should probably remove themselves from the fast food category since about every other time you go there, the drive thru is closed and you have to go inside. Always short staffed, extremely rare someone working there smiles. It’s kind of sad actually. It’s like corporate don’t care about this store, but obviously, neither does the manager

Drive thru closes too early because "we don't have enough staff" that's a bunch of crap. Hire people!

Ordered two burger combos, with curly fries. Fries were cold and old. Fries were so chewy and bad we couldn't eat them. Burgers.... Buns were chewy, all in all just didn't taste good. Tasted like patty was cooked in pepper? We couldn't finish burgers or fries.

11/17/2024, 3:30 pm. We stopped for a bite to eat and went to the drive-thru. We ordered giant roast beef combo, crinkle fries and drink for one order and Mac and cheese bites, jalapeño poppers and curly fries for the other. We had extra fast service but that was unusual for this Arby’s. We found out why. The Mac and cheese bites were over cooked and dry, the jalapeño poppers were also lukewarm and all the fries were cold and stale. This was absolutely the worst food we’ve ever received at Arby’s. The picture is of the Mac and cheese bites. We noticed a strong odor of burned or burning food when the person opened the DT window. Food in general is too darned expensive to pay for this. I get expense costs and labor, etc… but piss poor food is not cool. Hope y’all get it fixed so we don’t have to cross you off our list while visiting Mt Pleasant.
