I am traveling and have been to many Casey's, this one had a rude older Vietnamese, Chinese or Japanese at the front counter 530 am. She has no customer service. Every employee in there was rude, concerned with everything but the customers! I has to ask for a bag for my items and then it was sat on the counter, so when did we stop bagging for customers?? The bathrooms are always disgusting. It's like they don't pay attention to them all day. The main area is always spectacular. I'm only down in this area 2 or 3 times a month and every time I stop at this location because ita the most convenient and every time I tell the employees that there's toilet paper all over the floor, the toilets need cleaned, no soap in the dispensers, or the trash is full. The store manager is never there leaving the other managers and staff to fend for themselves. Apparently they have a food service leader but he leaves them high and dry too. Never enough staff and the pumps never work. Don’t know why they opened this location.
