I first was in the drive through but sat forever so I parked got out to order in person. I soon realized the problem for the long line. They had plenty of workers but not enough trying to work. There was a lot standing around chatting then moving like it was a super slow day when it wasn't. Several seemed to be new because they were holding up ice cream cones and discussing it. I ordered a med twist cone which took forever but it was still faster than the drive through....
We all got ice cream cones and their ice cream is delicious. The staff was very friendly. Service was very fast didn't have to wait long.
Parking: Not a lot of parking.
Kid-friendliness: We were able to a cone that was very small, made perfect for little kids.

Edit: it's come to my attention that the management at this establishment cultivates a rather nefarious work culture for it's young employees. Hiring majority only young girls and then pitting them against each other is very strange indeed!
