Food is expensive compared to other fast food places. They validate it by saying they use Angus beef.... but I personally don't think Angus is good enough to charge double for a sandwich. Plus breakfast friscos don't have Angus and they're still expensive.

I ordered 2 croissants and got a biscuit and a hashbrown, when I called about it the manager said she didn’t have an order for 2 croissants even though I had a recipe and the disgusting biscuit sandwich to prove it.
Not to mention it was $10 for 2 sandwiches I didn’t even get.
The service was fantastic! The manager was so kind! I'm going back! It was a perfect place for us to sit and talk. Quick service.

They gave me the wrong sandwich twice. I finally just ate it so I could leave with my family. We also order 2 chesseburgers and got 2 hamburgers. They basically screwed up our entire order. Not happy at all with the service and will probably not stop here again.

Was denied service at the drive thru because “Kelly” was “having a bad day, or the “offensive” inflections in my voice. Wasn’t sure what I had done ? I live just down the street and come here a LOT ! 90% of the time the food looks and is presented in a MESS…. but it usually tastes good…. I will tolerate a lot if I genuinely like a place… but going to work w/o my # 7 combo ….that was just selfish and childish !

I have not been the Hardee's In a LONG time, So I stopped in the Mt Pleasant branch for a late lunch. The guy at the counter was quite nice and chipper. But after over 15 minutes, my order had still not come up. Since it was about two thirty a few cars gone through and there were a couple people in the place just hanging out, but basically nothing going on. Even though there are no other orders, they seem to have forgotten mine?!? The fry's were low grade mostly small less than 1" and extremely salty. The Burger was just thrown together and did not gel together. I mean, It's hardy's what do you expect, but It was a very unsatisfying sandwich. The dining room was clean and orderly and the bathrooms were clean. Maybe not a bad place to stop, just not a good lunch.
