bought two Supremes, both cold after I paid, and it still took 5 minutes, and both were cold. Save yourself the disappointment, go somewhere else.

Pretty run of the mill fast food spots. This is KFC/Taco Bell however it only comes up as KFC. PS they say they will give you hella honey when you ask but you gotta check cuz they hoard the honey.....

Awesome. Food was made perfect and well put together like no other kfc I’ve been to.
Steak chalupas instead of chicken. Shorted one taco in a two taco meal. The Mexican pizza was some slop between stale tortillas. Didn't discover the problems until we got home 15 miles away. The girl at the window was friendly but the order taker was rude. Been two years since I was there last, will not go there again.

Place needs training at all fronts. Taking the order, making the food correctly and making sure all the food gets put in the bag correctly. If a customers asks for a receipt it's best to not mouth off loud enough for for him to hear. Love me some Tacobell but this one needs some help.
Haven't stopped here for a while. This place is filthy dirty. Tables weren't clean, floor was cluttered with trash. Several employees playing on their phones. Chicken was so greasy and tasted as bad. Girl in back with long ponytail just bouncing with every step. How do they pass inspections? Used to get 2pc Chicken dinners with 2 sides, now only get 1 side. Several tables didn't get their orders right. Another came in with her order wrong. Don't know who is managing this place, obviously no one. Highly disappointed, won't be back.

KFC in Mount Pleasant is doing well! The atmosphere here is usually light and the people are usually polite. They are definitely doing better than McDonald’s across the street. People seem to be coming here more than McDonald’s now. The drive thru and dining room is pretty quick in service even though they sometimes have less help. If you want better service than McDonald’s look no farther than KFC across the street :)

ordered 8 pc chicken, asked for 4 crispy and 4 regular got home 35 mins later and they were all regular, called them and said they would send a free 8 pc chicken coupon to me and i never received it . has been several weeks ago
