You have the worst night shift staff of any place in Mt Pleasant. My drive through order was a HALF FULL, medium sized box of COLD fries as well as two fish fillets that were tougher to chew than leather. They honestly tasted like they had been reheated at least twice. This is not the first time I have gotten orders like this from the Mt Pleasant, IA McDonald's but it will be the last. slow service and you get parked for a kids happy meal for over twenty minutes and the night manager Tina doesn't pick up the slack of her crew here in mount pleasant Iowa they need a all new crew especially on nights
My wife stopped and picked up 2 McRibbs. One of the sandwiches the meat wasn't even halfway across the bun. It was not even a half a piece of meat that was in the other sandwich.
