This location is slow is its best feature. Fifteen minutes at curbside, watching as the drive thru handles a couple dozen other orders is understandably irritating, and walk-in wait times are actually worse.

Ordered two sandwiches and a coke. At 9:30 at night. Took probably 20 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got my order. Four years later at breakfast time ordered big breakfast, and sandwiches ( no cold coffee or hot chocolate) shorted on eggs and no condiments and asked for additional silverware but got none. Exceptionally mis managed and ran!!!!

Place sucks!!! Who wants 25 minutes for fast food every time you go. A simple sorry you had to wait would be nice but you don’t even get that. They make you feel like you are a bother to them. Do better.

To McDonald's in mount pleasant, iowa. You could have served food in a timely manner.( 53 minute wait from the time i ordered to the time i got the food) You could have prepared my order correctly. 5 of the things I ordered were messed up in some way or another. And you could have at least served the food before the milkshake melted and the fries got cold before they even reached the table. It truly appeared that the customers inside were fully neglected and the focus was only on the drive through. And even the drive through customers were waiting for a long time. There were at least 3 other customers waiting in line with my family and I who had been waiting for over an hour. I would have just canceled my order and got a refund but I was told that it was not possible to cancel my order and get refunded. It would be one thing if there were only 1 or 2 people working at the time. But that was not the case. Also, Within 20 minutes of eating the food, 2 of my 3 kids started throwing up. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of setting foot in.

The only reason for two stars is the gentleman who was clearly on lunch break came to help out multiple guests including myself. He seems to be the only employee who actually cares about his job. The service was terrible. Very dirty kitchen. They made my shake wrong which is no big deal. I normally don’t complain but as I was watching them make it wrong, the lady said just give it to him“me” to the gentleman who realized he made it wrong. She said if he complains we will remake it. Very unprofessional. The French fries were cold and soggy. I threw them out. My burger was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out forever. I threw that away too. My chicken sandwich was cold and soggy. Threw it away. I spent over $20 and the only thing I consumed was my Dr. Pepper. I have been to some aweful fast food places in the past since I travel for work but this one is in my top worst 5 for sure.

Waited 10 minutes and drive-through just for my child’s happy meal to have ice cold fries and my fries of the ice cold and the food. I’ve been sitting in the window for 10 minutes, but her to just be too dumb to hand it.
