We placed an online order and waited for 20 minutes. My Husband finally went in a got it and it was just sitting on the counter. Nobody was going to bring it out. Our food was cold and the ice in our drinks was melted. I went back in to get the sauce they forgot and to complain. When I walked in the guy at the register looked at me and walked away. He finally replaced my food. We have problems almost every time we stop here.

Absolutely ridiculous how this place is still open. Sat in line the other day for 30:00 just to be asked to please pull forward and wait. There were 5 cars in front of me waiting so i just asked for my money back

You have the worst night shift staff of any place in Mt Pleasant. My drive through order was a HALF FULL, medium sized box of COLD fries as well as two fish fillets that were tougher to chew than leather. They honestly tasted like they had been reheated at least twice. This is not the first time I have gotten orders like this from the Mt Pleasant, IA McDonald's but it will be the last. (And it always seems to be the night shift having problems) It's time for corporate to come in and retrain your entire staff.

Horrible. They don't even take bills over 20 dollars and don't tell you that upon ordering. No wonder though, because the service, food and people there always are terrible. Don't go, there's a perfectly fine taco bell next door. Which that's what we did.

Come in Sunday night need an order made order sat down 30 minutes later we’re getting our food absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling in the morning. When I asked why my food took so long, he said he didn’t care great job ethic also were using their phones like crazy all of the employees

I used the app to save money and time and got a cheeseburger and fries. I was told to park for “fresh fries.” Okay, for a $3.18 meal, I’m not complaining…yet…then 15 minutes later I was handed a bag of lukewarm food. So much for “fresh fries.” I realize I’m getting fast food, so I don’t expect too much, but I believe I should be able to expect it to be hot. Don’t worry, you’ll get another chance…
I have no love for McDonald's. There will not be one i brag about. This one is average in the group of McDonald's and fast food restaurants. The people seem ok. I just don't have a lot of luck with the food or the time it takes to get it

I would highly discourage anyone from dining inside this establishment. Service was non-existent, did not get some items in my order and when I went to the counter to ask for them I watched an employee walk around the front of the line almost like they weren't allowed to help customers and nobody in the back of the kitchen was notified. Finished what I had of my meal and promptly left. The drive through is notorious for leaving sauces out of orders and missing items completely. Only thing that keeps me coming back is the necessary convenience.

This place I swear, myself and another car in drive-thru they ask me to pull forward ok no big deal but then have to wait over 15minutes to get a quarter pounder,no meal just a quarter pounder while 5 other cars come and go. I walk in and my burger is just sitting there lol unbelievable!!! horrible staff
