Sitting here watching customer after customer complain on waiting, missing items and wanting money back. I waited 20 minutes for burittos and was missing a hash brown. Won't be back for awhile.

I asked for a cheeseburger no bun, lettuce, tomato and lots of pickles. No condiments. I got a plastic covered container with cheeseburger on the bottom lettuce, tomatoes and pickles covered in mayonnaise and ketchup. We had to pull up and wait quite a long time for my mess and was not provided with a fork to eat it.

We stopped to get something to eat at around 930 pm on a Sunday night. Since we were on a drive we went inside to order and use the restrooms. Not only was the store in very good condition as far as cleanliness goes. But the staff was prompt, fastidious,and polite. Our food was prepared correctly including the special requests. The fries were hot and salted and the chicken nuggets were fresh. All in all compared to the local store in our hometown some 45 miles from this one. This...
