A cozy diner with genuine staff, good food, and a wide selection of high quality fresh baked goods. I can highly recommend almost everything on the menu here. Staff is courteous, food is prepared quickly, and the prices are very reasonable. Miss K herself is a fountain of wisdom and local landmarks, parks, and history.

I could not say anything bad about this place even if I tried. The staff were insanely kind, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere felt comforting in a way as it felt like I was in a retro diner.

A delicious, Mom and Pop shop, where everything is homemade, on the Square in Mount Pleasant Iowa. I highly suggest that everyone tries it. It does get very busy so there may be somewhat of a wait.
