Buffet. Christmas Eve and only two other sets of customers in the building at Noon. Buffet was stocked with the cheapest items and pizza was old and hard. Ate the breadsticks and sauce, sauce was great, sticks hard to chew. They had been sitting. Requested a taco pizza on the buffet, told my staff manager said no. Guys. This is why your restaurant is empty on one of the busiest days of the year. Wake up. Your policies are poorly implemented and people won’t return, they’ll just hit the Pizza Ranch a block away. Management explained it was a policy and was friendly.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received! This General Manager does not know how to talk to a customer. I spent over $80 for my order and was told they couldn't take a $100 bill, which they would have got difference for a tip but wasn't given the opportunity. He didn't like me questioning him and told me to leave. He is not from this area and should be fired immediately for his attitude to a customer. I will never return here!!!

Is basically just fast food service now. Order at the counter self serve soda had to get own plates and silverware. Food is still good.
The place was FILTHY!! Not a signal table was clean!! Piles of used plates with food still on them was on a couple of tables. Food and crumbs on the floor. This was 4:00 (during Old Threshers) in the afternoon on a Sunday and not too many ppl in the establishment. So you figured that would be a great time to clean up. Nope! Staff was on their phones in the kitchen just talking. The food had been on the buffet for FAR too long. It was dried up. Plates were piling on customers tables and outs with no one clearing them off. I would not recommend eating here. By the time we had finished eating the old dried up food they finally started bringing out fresh. Very disappointed as we don’t have a sit down Pizza Hut close to us, so we were really excited. But sadly disappointed!

Ordered 5 pizzas only recieved 4 when I realized it was missing I called and asked for a refund for the pizza I did not recieve instead of giving me a refund they offered a store credit after acknowledging it was there fault I declined they refused to give me MY MONEY back then ended the call jokes on them I'm never going to use them again there pizza was iffy at best they stole 10 dollars from me and forced me to contact the credit card company to dispute I got my money in the end but am very disappointed in them there managers are unprofessional and think it's OK to steal customers money it's store policy evidently so I'd avoid just on principle

We had a bad experience with a delivery driver, but his manager Hannah was AMAZING at fixing the situation and helping us out! Thank you Hannah VERY much for your kindness and concern, you DESERVE a raise! We're newer to the Mount Pleasant area and her service was just outstanding ❤️❤️

Showed up around 2P. One person in the kitchen who seemed overwhelmed and wasn’t apparently aware of our presence. Followed the instructions on the sign, ordered with QR code. After some time, we realized that we were going to be there for more than an hour. We got a refund and went to pizza ranch next door, where we were promptly greeted by a human who took our order. At Pizza Hut: No usable hand soap in the men’s restroom. Sauce on seats and dirty tables. This is how your business croaks.
