Stopped here while traveling. Saw it had a buffet which is difficult to find at PH anymore. We walked in at just about 12 noon, no one at the front cashier. After a couple of minutes a lady came walking in from the front doors towards the back. She said someone will be right with you. We stood there another 10 mins and a guy came up from the kitchen. We had almost left. I think he was the manager. We paid for both of the buffets, $8.99 each plus $1 each for fountain soda. Anyone that remembers PH buffets, they were always quite good. That wasn't the case here. No salad bar! I get it, trying to keep the price lower, but then what is a buffet? I guess just some different pizzas and some not so good pasta. This was horrible, no other way I can say it. It's no different than what you can get from any PH carryout or delivery which is meh, at best. Dough all from frozen today where originally PH made fresh dough everyday. Makes a HUGE difference for one thing. Short on toppings which is about how all of chain pizza is today. I don't know the last time they cleaned the tops of the tables, but ours was dirty and sticky. Really wished afterwards that we would have just went to Pizza Ranch right down the street. I know, we would have paid more but at least you're going to get a decent salad bar. We would not stop back here again.

Floor was dirty with food crumbs from previous night. Tables were still dirty and this was all at opening time. Arrived at 11:10. No food on buffet, was told it would be another 10min before food came out. Which came out one by one. Sauce for bread sticks came out last. Price on sign and price you get charged are two different prices. Best thing had was the water. Will not be returning

Carryout order for pan pizza was way undercooked. Poor ingredient placement on the double pepperoni tavern style. Come on Pizza Hut. You can do better!

I ordered a pizza and some wings before 4 o clock and went there to pick up the order after 30 min later one worker come to me and asked for the receipt I said no and she told me wait 5 to 7 min I said okay and start waiting she is gone and after 10 min I asked for next person how long I have to wait she said another 5 min I was waiting over a hour and same person came back to me and said we have a new cook we are bg you want to wait or we can refund the money that was too much so don’t go anybody there there employee they don’t care your valuable time .
It is an old school Pizza Hut, I haven't seen one like this since the Land Before Time was in theaters. The nostalgia hits hard.

This place used to be really good but they’ve gone downhill. Not only do some workers mess around, they also don’t do dishes hardly ever. There’s always left over food spots or grease left on the plates. Sometimes even hair like shown in the picture.

Buffet. Christmas Eve and only two other sets of customers in the building at Noon. Buffet was stocked with the cheapest items and pizza was old and hard. Ate the breadsticks and sauce, sauce was great, sticks hard to chew. They had been sitting. Requested a taco pizza on the buffet, told my staff manager said no. Guys. This is why your restaurant is empty on one of the busiest days of the year. Wake up. Your policies are poorly implemented and people won’t return, they’ll just hit the Pizza Ranch a block away. Management explained it was a policy and was friendly.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received! This General Manager does not know how to talk to a customer. I spent over $80 for my order and was told they couldn't take a $100 bill, which they would have got difference for a tip but wasn't given the opportunity. He didn't like me questioning him and told me to leave. He is not from this area and should be fired immediately for his attitude to a customer. I will never return here!!!
