We went in about 5:30, there was half a plate of bread sticks half of a pepperoni and half of chicken BBQ pizza. That was it for pizza selection, and only about 10 pieces of chicken. And ppl just kept coming, within a half an hour almost every table was full, with no entrees to be found. When chicken finally came out ppl were crowded around trying to get a piece while it was there, they brought out 3 more things of bread sticks, and slowly started to roll out a couple pizzas, but by that point you could tell they just couldn't keep up. Except for the girl at the register the staff looked like they just rolled out of bed and hadn't showered for days. The girl sitting at the table next to us was bragging to her friend about the 'perk of working there' was she could get free food for the friend, and brought stuff out from the back for said friend. Next time I want pizza ranch we will head north instead and go into Muscatine. The food we were able to get was pretty good, but we left hungry after spending 60 bucks for 2 adults and 2 kids to eat.
Everything was cooked to perfection! Great food and good family times!
Best fried chicken around! Their pizza is so-so.

I would do 0 stars if that was an option. This place was busy when we visited and they were absolutely not prepared. They had no food ready when we arrived so we waited. After getting our plates we sat down to find people standing around our tables asking if we were almost finished eating. Turns out the restaurant didn't have enough tables so they were sending the customers coming in to go to people's tables to see if they were done. This was the weirdest and most awkward experience I have ever had eating at a restaurant. It was incredibly weird and awkward. we sat there and ate with other customers standing over our table, staring at us and waiting for us to be finished.

Walked in with my family at 4:31 pm. Manager looking person saw us and walked into the back room. Another staff member walked up, got herself a cup, and then went to get herself a drink. Nobody acknowledged our existence on earth. Door said open from 11 am - 9 pm. Google said open. There was zero pizza made and the pizza buffet serving areas were covered. A "hello" or explanation would have been appreciated. Just weird looks until we left.

The floors are always dirty and sticky. Last night we chose a booth, the table top was clean but the floor had food on it under the table as if it wasn't cleaned all day. The pasta and mashed potatoes were dry, the pizza buffet had a very small variety to choose from, with two of the pizzas being the same kind. The booster seat and highchair was sticky and the straps were gross. The soap dispenser in the bathroom took almost a whole minute to dispense. There is no stool for the children to stand on to wash their hands so parents, be prepared to lift and hold your littles while washing hands.

This is one of the better PRs. Food came out hot and on time. Tables were bussed quickly and it was an overall clean environment.

The buffet was closed but we went in and were able to order a pizza to share for lunch as we were driving through town. They were over-the-top friendly, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! Clean restaurant, clean restrooms. Will definitely be back.

We had a party of 16 in the party room. 8 adults and 8 children. The manager on duty was very helpful in ordering a gluten free pizza and went above to make our eating experience very enjoyable.

Jim loves the chicken and I love the salad bar!!!
As a family of three driving 18hours from MN to GA we stopped to eat at the Pizza Ranch location at Mount Pleasant for a quick bite.
We came in at 7PM and decided to get a buffet. Right away after 15 minutes we had not received any drinks cups which we had to go an take it upon ourselves to receive them.
After reviewing the food bar we were very disappointed to see the lack of food available. You could obviously see that they had only old food options very dry pizzas and uncooked and dried up pasta noodles. We stayed there for an hour and a half and no new pizzas were brought out except dessert. Aside from this after eating we say an employee on his lunch break scratch his bottom and proceeded to go back to the kitchen without washing there hands. I do not recommended coming to this location there was bad service no employees to be found and very unhygienic. The food was stall, cold and uncooked in regards to the pizzas and the pastas were uncooked and sauce was very very old it would scrap into a thick glub like. DONT BRING YOUR FAMILIES TO EAT HERE!
