If you have the chance, and it’s early enough, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop and enjoy this gem of a coffee house. Seriously, the atmosphere and the welcoming nature of the employees is the start and it only gets better from there. I happened by it on my way out of town and I’m so happy that this is my last stop in this lovely town of Mount Pleasant, IA. And it truly is a pleasant place.

If you’re heading through Iowa, stop at Sanity Coffee House for a pick me up! Our family loves to road trip but there are limited places with easy access off the highways that are not overpriced, good quality and friendly/clean environment. We’re on our way to Minnesota from Florida and had an awesome experience! The breakfast paninis and latte were so good!! Would highly recommend. 💯

I generally doordash from this location. Lately however I've been ordering my own drinks. The staff are always pleasant the drinks always look fantastic, the flavors are phenomenal. If you havent tried this hotspot yet then you need to jump on the bandwagon. Keep up the great work and customer satisfaction. Super nice atmosphere but they don't have decaf coffee, which is perfectly fine for most people, but I need my decaf. They do have something called a frothed, which is basically just hot, frothed milk with flavoring, which was nice. I did enjoy my time there though.
