Not only was Tina super rude, but also messed up the order by proceeding to put the wrong items on the order but when asking confirmation before pulling up, everything was correct. Don’t go here late at night, they’re always mad that they have to do their job when they have 30 min to closing time.

Ordered a number 12 with mashed potatoes with no gravy and coleslaw. Got home, opened the taco, and it quite literally fell apart in the wrapper and all over my clothes. Went to go eat my mashed potatoes with no gravy, they put gravy on it. Absolutely no silverware and we had three side entrees that needed silverware. Spent 32 dollars for soggy disgusting food. 0/10 the Burlington Taco Bell is 1000% better.

We went through the drive through, the older lady taking our order was very clearly having conversations with her coworkers, giggling and laughing and we had to repeat ourselves three times. Still got our order wrong. The beans in my burrito were dry, they drowned everything in nacho cheese (that I asked to be removed three times). I’m allergic to tomatoes if I ingest them, and those were added to my food, so therefore I couldn’t eat them either. Very dissatisfied. Won’t be back.

The girl at the window messed up the order. When the manager told her to remake the orders, she threw a huge fit. At the customer in front of me got their order messed up as well. And we could literally hear this girl yelling at her manager.
