These employees always seem miserable , nearly zero politeness or willing to help or satisfy customers. I laugh a bit at the service they provide. It's just tacos.

Greatest Taco Bell I’ve been to. Its got KFC. Workers are average. Food is always as standard. Sometimes messes up orders but quickly fixes them.
The only gripe I have is that they are not open as said online. They seem to choose whenever they want and are not open for long during the day.

I usually love Taco Bell. One of my guilty pleasures .The 5$ value box times two and their new steak burrito . Everything was awful. Cinnamon treats tasted burnt , taco literally feel apart , both burritos so saucy that's all you could taste . Steak burrito was not 3$ , it's almost 6$ . Worst Taco Bell ever .

It's nice to have both KFC and Taco Bell in one place. I can order one or both with no problem and the customer service is excellent here. I couldn't eat Taco Bell for several years because I ate too much of it at one time. When I ate here the first time it tasted so good. I'm sorry for other's that had problems here. I know they're doing the best they can. Five stars 🤩 from me.

I had a coupon for a free combo meal at ANY location. The toothless cashier refused to use it because this location is a “franchise” and not “corporate”. The coupon clearly states FRANCHISE on it. Charged me anyways and didn’t give me a receipt so it’s not like i could get a refund anyways. Terrible service, terrible food. If i could give it 0 stars, i would.

The lady taking the order needs training on how to take an order properly and how to be polite. If you don't put the correct food in the bag, don't get mad at the customer. You don't need to be working for any service industry.

Not a good sign when people leaving place tell me good luck in there.I tryed to get a speical advertized on app bir could not get it to work. Individual behind registser said it was a manager problem. Manager told me she knew nothing about computers. I had enough and left.
They forgot to put chicken in the cantina chicken bowl and didn’t give me my chips and nacho cheese like I ordered!

It’s very unfortunate to watch this store go downhill recently, both TacoBell and KFC. It used to be great, but for the past year, I have eaten here dozens of times and always wind up disappointed. I’ve kept coming back hoping that it will be better, but nothing seems to change. This location really needs a complete overhaul. And I know it’s not every location because I have NEVER had this issue in Burlington. Every time I have been here, at least half of my order is inedible due to it being so old and barely luke warm. I come when it’s busy so how is the food never fresh?! How long are the employees letting this food sit out? Honestly seems like they are overdue for an inspection because I guarantee they are not following ServSafe protocols.
I even tried dining in to see if that would help, but it’s not worth it to have it remade when it’s every single item. Make it right the first time!
My dad is in a care facility in New London, and, twice a week, we take him to KFC/Taco Bell to get him out. My Dad gets the same meal every time, and the ladies at the order speaker and the window have become staples in our weekly routine; they know us so well I often don't have to even say his order, haha. They are always so nice! We always appreciate they care to remember us!

Have ordered from this restaurant more than 20 times in the past few months and EVERY TIME they get my order wrong. Burritos wrapped wrong, missing food, cross contamination (lettuce in food that didn't have lettuce, beef in chicken, etc) and poor quality of food for the increase of prices. Do not go here, save your money, you're better off eating food from the dumpster. We ordered drinks with no ice, got a ton of ice. Ordered a crunchwrap no lettuce, half the dang thing was lettuce! Someone needs a health inspector here too, I've seen the flies sitting in the window on the inside as they're wrapping up food, I can't imagine what the bugs are getting into. Makes me sick! 🤮

went inside to order our food because from previous experience, they never get our order right in the drive-through. All the tables were covered in disgusting leftovers. The lady that took our order was not nice at all and was not willing to help us understand the menu. I think it’s crazy that you have to pay for extra nacho sauce. We got the grilled cheese burrito and it had steak in it, which I thought it came with beef. When we got our burrito, it was soggy and so spicy it also just was not enjoyable whatsoeverthe nacho fries were all soggy and not good at all. The nacho cheese was way too hot. And we got no napkins. We also ordered a large nacho fry, but came out with a small just not a good experience zero out of 10 stars will not be coming again.
