Service was slow but the food was absolutely horrible, everything was bad and pricey. The meat was flavorless and dry, the bun tasted stale, the ketchup was watery along with the ranch. Honestly all the meals were bad, flavorless or ruined somehow. The beer was good but over priced. If you don’t care about money and don’t eat food I’d recommend this place.

I felt bad for our waitress so I tipped well, but this place sucks. The fries had no flavor, the best part of the burger was the bun, and the yakisoba tasted like the top fell off of the salt shaker. A shame the service was so good for such a bad restaurant.

A fun place in the small town of Mt Pleasant. A great find for tourists.

Huge craft beer fan and love to try new places. We drove 1.5hrs to try this place. Expected better tasting food for the price. Wasn't a fan of the fries, the chips that came with the artichoke dip were soaked in grease and they tried to charge us $19 when we asked for a kids grilled cheese. Some places let an adult order kids stuff, some do not but we were not informed. They did take $9 off that sandwich. Their beer was good.

Went for lunch and we were the only ones there. The food still took a half hour to get out. I had soup and it was cold. They had people just standing around. Our waitress was new and couldn’t get anything right. Would not recommend trying this place if you’re passing through.

All the food was great! I enjoyed a double smash burger, my wife the grilled chicken sandwich, and the kids the Alfredo and tomato soup and sandwich. Not too busy for 1pm on a Saturday so the service was quick and the waitress friendly. Loved the homemade ketchup (tasted like bloody mary mix minus the vodka) and fry sauces. Prices were fair. We got a few of the in house beers and they were incredible. Highly recommend the hibiscus rose and new Zealand dream house amber.

No mention of sushi night online, so the regular menu was half of what was available online. Kids options were chicken teriyaki or sushi roll with just rice and roll - no staples like burgers/chicken tenders/etc, even though they had adult versions available. Service was very slow. Ketchup tastes like pizza sauce a d ranch was...different. Top it all off, they charged $4 more per entree than what was listed on the menu. Would not recommend.

Really good food. They make almost everything from scratch... and really well ❤️‍🔥 Bubble waffles, NOM. Seasonal cocktails, so tasty. Local mead, pretty tasty and only because I worked Renfaires for 20+ years and am kinda biased. One of the best spinach and artichoke dips. Just really good stuff.

Never. Again. I’d be shocked if this place is open a year from now. Disappointment on every level. At any price I’d never bring my family back…at the (approaching criminal) prices they’re charging for crap food and nonexistent service…I just over-tipped and will never evereverever return.

Where do I start. You walk through the door and there is dirt and leaves everywhere. We get seated and order our drinks and told they had several hard ciders ends up we had our choice of 2. Order our food, I ordered prime rib with a salad and wife had a tenderloin with fries. My salad if that is what you want to call it came out with the fork laying in the salad and the dressing was rancid. The prime rib comes out with my knife laying in the gravy of my gray garlic mashed potatoes. They must have been made from leftover baked potatoes. To top it all the menu said prime rib $30. When we got the bill prime rib was $37. No salt and pepper on the table, condiments did not even resemble catsup. Not wanting to make a scene we informed the waitress of the upcharge on the prime rib and she just shrugged her shoulders. 1 star rating because there is no 0.

Seated quickly because nobody was there in a Saturday at 11:45am!! Waters delivered promptly. Waitress was nice. The Granger burgers were not dressed as ordered and NONE had the granger sauce. She asked what I wanted on my burger and I said just pepperjack cheese yet it came with lettuce, tomato, and something spicy hot that looked like a cucumber which I did not like. As for ketchup…I'm fine with homemade sauces but their ketchup was the worst tasting tomato paste which ruined my burger and fries (which also were not very good and I live house fries). Someone else had a panini and soup which was okay. This is a microbrewery which I would never recommend for food. We all had water so maybe their drinks are better. It was our only choice to dine since other places were closed all day if closed at 11:30am which is unfortunate. I would never eat there again nor would I recommend.

My recent visit to The Grange Restaurant left much to be desired, beginning with a lackluster welcome from the owner upon our arrival. The atmosphere felt uninviting, marked by dirty, uncleared tables surrounding us, which set the tone for the evening.

After placing our order, we were disappointed to learn that many menu items were unavailable. It took our waitress three trips to inform us that they were out of various staples, including bread, fries, wings, steak, and pasta. This lack of communication was frustrating and left us feeling neglected.

The service itself was painfully slow, with a 20-minute wait for just two beers and two cocktails, the server said the bar was busy yet there was nobody at the bar.

When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best. The sweet potato fries were overcooked, and the Caesar salad was unexpectedly drizzled with a horseradish dressing, which was not mentioned on the menu. The chopped salad was bland and underwhelming, failing to impress in flavor or presentation.

A particularly disappointing moment was when the vegetarian burger was served with meat gravy on mashed potatoes, a baffling oversight considering the absence of fries. To add insult to injury, both vegetarian pasta options were unavailable, and the substitute offered was a child-sized, flavorless bowl of noodles with tofu and no sauce.

Furthermore, the dining experience was marred by a lack of basic condiments; no salt or pepper was provided at the table, and none was offered even with plain baked potatoes.
Overall, the staff appeared to be struggling with low morale, likely embarrassed by the limited menu offerings and the overall service experience.
Unfortunately, our visit did not live up to expectations, and my in laws were hoping to use this as an opportunity to treat us whilst visiting for Christmas therefore did not wish to make a fuss in the night.

Decent atmosphere when you walk in. The seating is different with old church pews and smallish tables. The food was pretty good but not a fan of their homemade sauces; ketchup, steak sauce, ranch dressing. After we finished and paid the bill we sat for another hour talking and the wait staff didn't stop over asking about refills or anything. They also serve canned pop for $3.50 each 🤯, no free refills.

Took 40 min and had to get the mananger to get someone to take order. 45 min to get food, some which was wrong, most cold or room temp. Reccomend going elsewhere to get good food, like a McDonalds. Will NEVER eat there again.
