Awesome garlic cheese bread, and pizza was phenomenal!
Really good pizza! Service was good too.
Delicious pizza with a heavenly crust. Couldn't have asked for a better meal. Medium pizza was more than two of us could eat and with drinks it was less than $20 a great value.
Small town pizzeria. Pizza Palace is part of the community fabric of Mt. Vernon and Cornell College. Pizza taste the same as it did in 1991 when I graduated Cornell. It's nice that some things don't change.Go for the pan crust. Prices were very reasonable for 2022. Medium pizza, and 3 drinks for $12. Can't beat that. Pizza is filling and we had leftovers with a medium.
Best pizza ever, cheese bread is oh yum. We get it as often as we can, serve it to our of town guests, and always fun to go in and check out the mural. Seriously good pie!
Vegetarian options: We get veggie lovers
Kid-friendliness: Arcade, coolest artwork in a restaurant ever ever. Find the hand painted castles and all that's there. Fun
Parking: Street parking is always adequate.
The pizza was amazing, it wasn't to bad on price, but I paid for my pizza with a debit card and gave a genorous 30% cash tip to our waitress and they decided to charge my debit card more for a tip after we left. Please be careful and make sure you only get charged the amount of your check. That is a form of theft if you ask me. Good pizza, but probably won't go back after that.
Good pizza. They told me that they make their crust from scratch. The ingredients on the pizza looked good. The taco pizza was really good. Overall, a good experience.
Pizza was good, service was poor , hope things improve.
Fantastic. Not your standard small town pizza shop.
We were the only ones dining in at lunch. The breadsticks were delicious, marinara and ranch sauces very good. The taco deep dish pizza came out looking amazing and tasted even better! Our medium seemed to be more like a large. Crust was excellent. Our waitress even gave our two kiddos quarters for the toy machine while we waited for our food! And when my son tried the dessert sticks he said it was the tastiest thing he'd ever had! The owner even popped out to say hello - it was a great experience. We will be ordering from Algers again.

My wife and I had a bad experience here. The waitress working here was very loud, literally running around in the dining room, unprofessional. Her hands were filthy dirty. I think I heard her crying loudly on the business land line phone. Service was slow for only 2 booths occupied. Mello yellow fountain pop was flat. Bread sticks and marinara were not good. Later she was running and crying through the dining room saying that someone she knew was on his way to jail for a long time. Maybe her nephew? I have never seen anything like this in a restaurant ever ? my wife did not like the pizza.
Worst experience ever employee's were rude and loud their clothes looked dirty pretty sure the one waitress was on something very inappropriate dress never wanted to leave a restaurant so fast. Use to love the place but I will not go back after that.
If you enjoy eating burnt pizza in a crack den, this place is for you!!
nice place great staff...
Great pizza, friendly staff, and clean. Couldn't ask for anything more! But definitely better pizza than the usual cheap fast carry out.
