I had the best service tonight at this Hardee's. The food was.fresh and made promptly with no issue. The two men working were polite and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

25 min wait in the drive thru. Food was terrible.
Drive thru person barely talked, didn't say price or anything and didn't speak up. Only orders crispy curls waited over 5 minutes. There was 2 cars in front of me. Half where regular fries and tasted like they were out for 20 minutes. Not worth time or money at that location.

Very poor service, fries were very cold you can tell they have been sitting for a while, my son found a hair in his food and refused to eat it. Sat in line for 30 plus min. Absolutely unacceptable. The cashier was biting his nail as taking payment. Do better for shut down. This is terrible service.

The chicken fingers were very dry and lukewarm. Not fresh. Fries were lukewarm and unappealing. Not fresh. Not a well kept parking lot. I won't go back.

We waited for 30 minutes for 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a cinnamon bun. Several cars ahead of us left and we should have as well. Very disappointed. We’ve seen 5 crew members through the window and 2 crew members came outside to grab scooters from a car that pulled up for them.

Used the drive through, they were busy and took almost 20 minutes to get my food. I was the 4 cat in line. Food was hot. Good and worth the wait.

All of the tables were dirty. We were the only people in the place. More employees came in and they talked at the front, drank their beverages that are kept out in the area customers sit and just went about their stories like no one (kids also) were in the room.
We are not sure who was in charge, but with dirty tables, leaking roof and employees standing and talking about counting drawers and keeping notes in case your shiort....and countless other stories. The place could definitely use someone in CHARGE.
Food was good......won't argue that. Just not worried about cleanliness out front.

The workers in the afternoon are super rude the service is slow I had one worker stop me while ordering shakes and tell me she only had 2 scooped up as if it was too much of a bother to scoop the others while they weren’t busy… she pulled me forward and made rude faces while walking to my car, this recent time the drive through worker had the mic to far from her face making it hard to hear her and got annoyed when asked to read back what was ordered or repeat what she just said no straws were given for drinks we noticed after leaving but chose not to go back due to rudeness we knew we would receive this is an everytime thing now it’s beyond ridiculous
