We waited 20 minutes to be waited on while she tried figuring out a coupon for another person. When we got food it was terrible! Cheeseburger was cold and burned. Cheese didn't even melt. Never go there again.

I haven't been here in years. Finally went for it due to convenience. First time through it was quick and better food than I remember.
So I gave them another go as I passed through. 2nd time through the wait in the drive through was horrendous, at more than 5 min wait per vehicle. I spent 25 mins waiting for my turn after making an online order. I literally missed meeting the person I was trying to meet afterwards, as a result. Not sure what was going on.
I feel hesitant to return now because of the unexpected wait. I can see others mentioning the same in the reviews. So maybe the first time (quick) was an anomaly.
Person at the window was pleasant both times though.

Unsatisfactory visit from time we walked through the door. Gentleman cashiering was handling not counter and drive through, and was clearly exasperated with the eye rolls and throwing up of hands into the air. The one young man working in the back was very discombobulated and overwhelmed, despite just one order at drive thru and our order in cafe. When female employee returned to the counter/kitchen area, she placed headphones for drive through and focused on drive thru - and only drive thru. She seemed unable to comprehend the orders and what was needed where. Gentleman from ground counter had to stop taking orders to go back and get the kitchen person somewhat caught up, and had to go back a second time to further check him up. We waited for 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, an order of hash rounds, a fountain drink, and a dry cinnamon raisin biscuit that was no longer warm. Felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by even being present.

Despite what people may say about this Hardee’s it honestly all depends on the time you go in I’ve been going around 5 and almost always have amazing service especially with the younger employees there always very polite and quick to start making my food it’s good to see this place is becoming the Hardee’s it once was again some of you also need to remember everywhere gets busy and that doesn’t give you any reason to be impolite or anything like that. Definitely recommend going to this location

Drive thru person barely talked, didn't say price or anything and didn't speak up. Only orders crispy curls waited over 5 minutes. There was 2 cars in front of me. Half where regular fries and tasted like they were out for 20 minutes. Not worth time or money at that location.
