We ordered or food threw the rewards app and did not get everything we ordered. The biscuits were burnt and paper thin. We called the store and the manager was rude, yelled at us and refused to help in anyway.

The absolute slowest service in the state. You can stand at the counter for 5 minutes or more without even being addressed. People waiting for 10 minutes even before I got here and have still not received their orders. The fries were so salty they were inedible.

Good food, fries were nice and fresh and hot. Hard trouble placing the order due to technical difficulties with the microphone on the order menu in the drive through and the employees were upset about it also but we made it work. I got a mushrooms and Swiss burger and a Frisco sandwich and they both were good.
I really like Hardee's it's a shame they closed almost all of them down here in town they're Frisco burger combo is to die for. Hopefully our last restaurant sticks around for a while

I was in Mt.Vernon yesterday and ordered candied bacon snack pack thing as well as the candied bacon hand breaded chicken Frisco off my Hardee's app. On my way home I pulled the sandwich out and took a bite only to my horror it was ground beef! I can't eat ground beef! I immediately called and spoke with April the manager who apologized saying that she thought that HB met hamburger not realizing it meant hand breaded. Knowing I never come to town and I'm from Cedar Rapids she said she would call the Cedar Rapids store and see if they would honor the mistake and make me the correct HB sandwich. She called me back and let me know that cedar rapids would make it right!! Thank you Hardee's for great team work!!
