Ordered 4 small drinks and 4 food items for 4 people. Was told to scoot around. Gave my card and was charged. Got the wrong drinks, more food items than I asked for, and a drink was missed. I was asked for my card again, and assumed I would be refunded for what was incorrectly charged. I was charged again for a lesser amount. The attendant told me I needed to tell them how many items I’m ordering in advance, so they make sure they have the correct number. They never asked for clarification or confirmed anything on my order, so I assumed they just really had it together. Obviously not. Now, the original charge has never been refunded and is left pending for 4 days on my bank account. Bank says it’s out of their hands. Called and asked scooters about it, assistant manager said they don’t know what they can do about it because they have already closed out their finances for that day. Waited for a callback from a higher up for 4 days. Called back and the message had never been passed along. Had to restate my concerns all over again… and now still just waiting for the refund or to hear back from someone. Will never go back..

Updated. This isn't a one time occurrence. It's ongoing. Just fyi. They allow the app to placed orders until the minute they close and then won't honor the sale.

The franchise owner is manipulative and doesn't take ownership of their issues.

Asked if I could have them put the coffee in my insulated cup. No... ok fine, can you please leave the lid off? As I'm going to pour it into my cup... no...? It's a scooters cup! Bought at one of the original stores in Lincoln NE 25 plus years ago. Older than most of the workers there. They're still blaming covid! Can't even keep the lid off?! Seriously?!

Great customer service! The barista were super kind and fast (even at 7 in the morning lol) Had an issue with my order and the owner called and resolved the problem immediately and was super sweet! Will be back again:)
