I was sent a coupon so I stopped in here with my son. Had several grumpy looking employees notice us standing and waiting to order, but they never came over to take our order. We waited 15 minutes or so, then went to jimmy johns.

The sandwiches are made fresh with fresh ingredients. The bread is always fresh. The service is quite prompt. It is located in a gas station / truck stop. There is an eating area - not fancy, but OK. I always get my sandwiches to go. A foot-long with a drink can be as low as $7. Very friendly staff.
