Took 15 minutes for my wife and I to get our order even though we were the only ones there at the time, the drinks were basically just water, by time we got our food the fries were cold and soggy, the cheesey jalapeno bites were cold, the only thing that wasn't cold and terrible were the burgers. That being said at least they apologized for the wait and the place was clean. But waiting that long when we were the only 2 people there you would think the food would have at least been hot and fresh and it was not.

Don’t know how to read !! When someone asks for something not to be put on their food because they are allergic to it and they do it regardless yeah lawsuit waiting to happen!!

Ordered a bacon king meal, got home and opened my sandwich with no bacon on it.. service was alright, food was ok but definitely not what I ordered. Will probably be another year or so before I eat here again.. cheaper and better food at Culver's so I'll stick with them

When they offer two of $5 they should ring up that way , the customer shouldn’t have to ask for the correct pricing when that is what is advertised on the drive thru menu . Not fair for the staff or the customer.

I have never seen a business so slow. I was the only person in the drive thru with nobody inside and it took 10 minutes to get a whopper Jr. They don't care and the quality of food has gone in the garbage.
