Love this place so muccchhh, today I ordered from door dashed. Asked for a tortilla on the side. Paid for queso amount other things. They put tortilla chips in my bowl for some reason and was missing things I paid extra for. When called to get this fixed I was told I need to be more specific on my orders and was blamed. Very rude and will never go back when I use to go 3 times a week

I'm sharing my experience from this company catering to my job. On Fridays, they come down and serve burritos, taco salad & nachos. When I got there all the meats were gone except chicken and it really wasn't much. The lady filled my entire container with chips, gave me half a scoop of chicken and a scoop & a half of cheese. The toppings didn't even cover the chips at all. Then proceeds to tell the next guys that she only has enough for 1 more. U didn't even have enough for mine, so how? I checked my card after the fact and seen that she charged me $13 for this mess of a meal. If u don't have enough toppings for the food then why would it be full price? I'm going to call burrito factory later and definitely complain because this is ridiculous. The chips were tasty, just dry for the lack of meat & cheese.

I used to love this place until they started getting stingy with their portions and changed their pricing. I understand shrinkflation but every person in my party got asked if we wanted queso in the wet burrito - yet NONE of us were told it'd be an additional cost. I wasn't told guac would be additional either. The taste was fine, but I won't be back. $65 for 3 people to eat and only 2 got drinks - is absolutely not worth it for my family any longer. For overloaded rice & beans- 2 of the cheapest things to eat and 2½ ounces of steak, No Thanks Burrito Factory.

My friend and I stopped in on a whim. My chicken burrito and her steak tacos were delicious! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact there's no AC there so it was really hot in there.

This place is incredibly stingy with their portions and the cashier is constantly making mistakes with change. There is no AC and the workers are mistreated. Not going back! Definitivamente un restaurante mexicano para los estadounidenses.

Tried a few weeks ago. Not willing to give this place a second chance. How does a quesadilla only have a little filling near the middle and nowhere else? That’s not a quesadilla!! And the sour cream I was given didn’t taste right and was curdling. Not sure it was even sour cream. Not worth the price at all! Their A/C was out and the guy working claimed the manager wouldn’t even provide a working fan, but claimed their food was kept refrigerated.

When I met this place I liked it, I found it a little expensive, I paid $18 dollars for a burrito but the owner explained to me that the high price was because I ordered cheese and avocado, so I understood. I decided to give myself another chance and I came back a couple of times more, but they are more and more miserable with the filling, and in the nachos they put you 10 small pieces of steak, if you are lucky maybe 12, the concept of this restaurant is good, but the greed is extreme on the part of the owners, I want them to understand that if they are generous, I am sure that the universe would return them twice as much, their business would be more prosperous and the abundance would address them if they were not so stingy, they also pretend that they are wrong in giving the change and always the balance is It tilts in their favor, and they practically force you to leave a tip when you pay by card, that's why it's definitely greed for me. But the food is fine, we don't have a chipotle or a Panchero unfortunately here in Muscatine, so this is a place where you can calm the craving.

We go to Burrito Factory about every other week. The al pastor is my favorite, so flavorful! The owner is always so nice. The restaurant is cozy, kind of like you're visiting a friend's house who happens to make really good burritos. The portion size fills you up without making you feel overly stuffed. It's definitely worth the money.

Ordered a burrito bowl. There was maybe enough to fill a small taco. Have been here many times. I have never seen it that small. When asked about the smallness of the portion size, she started trying to gaslight about the portion size. No thank you. Will not be returning.

So delicious! This was my first time trying a burrito and it was so good! When I walked in I was greeted right away, and she was very patient while I figured out what I wanted. Excellent food, excellent service! Will definitely eat here again.
