First time ever that the service was less than acceptable. For an order that was play online and to be picked up from the store by a certain time ended up not being completed until over 20 minutes past the due pick up time. And nothing compensated to the customer besides an apology from the cashier who was the only employee staying on the kitchen staff to complete the online order. While waiting, two online orders placed after the fact we're finished and gone before the one I waited over 20 minutes for. And it was only 3 items... Must have been an officer day because usually they are on time.

Just got out of the Culver’s in Muscatine IA, and the young man at the register, I believe his name was Rylainn (unsure). Very nice, very respectful, and very helpful. The dude deserves a raise or at very least recognition.

My daughter is a gay and she has forever been in McDonald's freak. However she's always been into hamburgers like your dad and not chicken nuggets. One day while we're together we went to Culver's and she liked their burgers so much that we actually go to Culver's now instead of McDonald's. I love this because Culver's is my favorite burger joint. Even their fries are better than McDonald's! If you haven't tried Culver's you really need to you will never go back to any other burger joint except only to remind yourself of why you go to Culver's.
New drink holders suck!!! Didn't hold my large shakes in the drink carrier AT ALL!!! Spilled all over the seat!!! 3 shakes!!!! Do better with product trials!!

Food was always good, but the window seems to mess my order up everything even though I go there every day and order the same thing. If they just listened to the order and NOT and something not ordered (cheese) it would be good. But every time I get cheese when I'm specific about saying double bacon with onion only. That's not that hard to understand,... But every time there's either them not hearing me or just adding cheese when not ordered. I stopped going after several times of this.
