Ok I was so excited to try a garlic pub burger. I sat and waited for 20 min and finally got Burger. Fries were hot! But burger was cold as heck. I complained but they only offered to warm up my burger. The bacon was so over cooked I brought home for dog treat. but I figured that would happen cause it's always that way. I use to get bacon deluxe on Thursdays every week but after three times I went to standard deluxe. And this was around 445 till 500 it wasn't busy in restaurant at all. This thursday

Concrete mixer and toppings were good. I wish they were mix in better. The service was not good. Took both our orders but only got one.

One of the most consistently delicious fast food spots. It’s generally our Sunday lunch. I don’t think they invented the smash burger, but in my mind they perfected it.

First time ever that the service was less than acceptable. For an order that was play online and to be picked up from the store by a certain time ended up not being completed until over 20 minutes past the due pick up time. And nothing compensated to the customer besides an apology from the cashier who was the only employee staying on the kitchen staff to complete the online order. While waiting, two online orders placed after the fact we're finished and gone before the one I waited over 20 minutes for. And it was only 3 items... Must have been an officer day because usually they are on time.
