got a sauce an tossed chicken and they didn't barely put any sauce, 4 out of 6 chicken straps don't have sauce on them ridiculous.

Just moved to town last year. DQ is always a favorite, just not this location. Every single order I've made there is wrong. Ask chocolate sauce added to a blizzard, you don't get it. Want to add cookie dough to a sundae. You don't get it. If you asked them to confirm that your small add on was added. They always say yes and still wrong. I come back bc its really the only option besides Tees and Tees sucks.
Manager needs to retrain the staff how to read tickets and make sure what the customer ordered is right. Its not that hard. I worked in restaurants, diners and drive thru for 10 years.

I've never received such unfriendly service like I have today. Stood at the counter with my husband and 2 kids for 10 minutes before we were able to order. The people working would rather stand together in a group and talk and couldn't be bothered that there was people standing there. When the brought our food out they basically tossed it on the table that some of our food actually popped off the tray. When they brought us our blizzard and held it upside down they did so above my 9 month old head. If the ice cream would have landed on him i would have been livid. Won't be coming back to this location if the people continue to be this rude.

Today at 4 brought my grandson through the drive-through ordered 2 small cones 1 vanilla one twist .When I got to the window paid and was given 1 vanilla cone and was asked what the other was. I had given a 1.00 tip I waited about 10 min a gal came back to the window and asked if I had paid,I said yes still waiting on my twist cone. When it finally came the chocolate was barely there very light, I asked where is the chocolate she said there. It didn't even taste like chocolate. There was at least 5 people working.I have been there multiple times throughout the summer never this bad.

Our order was a LG silk pie blizzard and LG pumpkin pie blizzard. I had no pumpkin pie pieces. There were a few small cookies of some sort? I have always loved your pumpkin pie blizzards. Not anymore. It's nowhere close to the quality they've been in past years. Husband said no silk pie pieces in his either. They were the same little cookie(?) that were in my blizzard. Sadly we didn't even finish them. Were you out of ingredients? If so, if we would have been told, we would have gotten our usual ones, which are always excellent.

For being a young crew, they are pretty fast only 1 thing that kinda keeps repeating itself is the fries aren't hot. Like they sat for awhile before getting there.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and was given the wrong thing. Then Leah rudely remade it and it had no strawberries. She told me she personally made it and it's right. She was extremely rude.
