I haven't been to a Dunkin lately and thought I would treat the family to some donuts. I ordered a half dozen donuts. I assumed they would be packed in a box. Not today. They were stacked on top of each other in a paper bag.

If there was a button for 0 stars, I WOULD PRESS IT. Me my friends ordered online at 7;40 we then waited for 10 minutes, as we were waiting a group of 5 people came in, each of them ordering a drink and however many doughnuts. Each of those guys left dunkin under 10 minutes, and we were still waiting for our 2 drinks and 3 doughnuts. It has been 20 minutes and we finally get our items. We left and I asked my friend for my doughnut and she replied “They gave us a bagel.” So I then had to turn around and go back, it was horrible. Very slow and I would highly recommend others to go somewhere else.

The coffee is great here, but they have such a limited variety of donuts most times. I go pretty frequently and they never seem to have frosted or glazed donuts. They tend to have only chocolate and blueberry (both of which I don’t like, so it’s frustrating for me). The employees are usually very nice, but I wish they actually had more kinds of donuts on a daily basis.

Order was placed online for a 5pm pickup just to go in to receive a refund. Asked if order could be placed for tomorrow morning for pickup for son’s birthday treat for school. Was then told it’s a few minutes after 5 and cut off was 5 o’clock! Poor customer service they had a call back number and did nothing!

Ordered a stuffed everything bagel. Came cold, the cheese in the middle was like ice. I’ve worked as a barista and assuming they didn’t put it in the oven for the time it’s supposed to be in. Pretty lazy, didn’t finish it.
Love the morning ladies at Dunkin. Always friendly and happy. Great way to start morning

Never have any donuts, which is weird, and employees take forever to assist us. To be clear I prefer Starbucks, my daughter likes Dunkin donuts from time to time. If it wasn't for her desire to have their donuts, I wouldn't even bother going there.

Their espresso machine is always down which defeats the purpose of being a coffee shop. I’m not going there anymore due to inconsistency. Better locally owned places anyways.
