I haven't been to a Dunkin lately and thought I would treat the family to some donuts. I ordered a half dozen donuts. I assumed they would be packed in a box. Not today. They were stacked on top of each other in a paper bag.
Met 3 friends for coffee and visit. Spent over 2 hours there. Everything was absolutely delish! I ordered half- caff and the cashier didn’t look at me with a blank stare and a “Are you crazy?” attitude. (I overheard her explain carefully to another employee exactly what to do). My coffee was perfect!!! So was my bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the 3 chocolate donut holes that I couldn’t resist! It was clean and the dining area was cozy. Best of all, the people acted like...
I didn't want to have to give this feedback publicly, but unfortunately this location didn't answer the phone when I tried calling. The donuts are hit and miss yesterday in particular the filling was essentially non-existent. The staff at this location is always very nice and welcoming. I think this location has a lot of potential if they can improve their training program so that they're end product can be more consistent.
