I watched a lady in the back grab the cardboard for the fries with her bare hands and filled it up while the fries touched her bare hand. Then puns it in the bag, struggles and touches the fries with their bare hand even more. And once I had seen what her hands look like. I was disgusted, long nails, with dirt underneath them. I threw away my fries right away when I got out.

Worst drive thru ever, the wait is ridiculous. They say they are swamped, but after moving ahead, 3 to 4 other cars that were behind me are getting their food. Doesn't make sense.

I waited 5 mins at the drive through before I could get them to even take my order. I asked twice if I should come in or hello. Then they were very rude and as I was placing my order they said another one? And I said yes and as I was saying it they said Jesus christ! This is so unexceptable and then I was charged 40 bucks for meals supposed be 6.99 I only got 4 and wouldn't be given a recite and was treated poorly for asking and made to wait longer for the food too. This business needs to be checked out and have new employess.

Food: The guacamole was spoiling. Possibly, the heat of the food it was placed on was warm, which would speed up the spoiling process. The steak was only half eatible. You could not cut those parts with a knife because they were mainly gristle. The service was great. Atmosphere: No noise control. People in the next booth were loud, and we ended up being quiet. They told a long story. I can not give a good review.

it does not matter when you come in here there could be not one other soul in line and right now there is one person inside this and they are always in a rush and rude like you just have to hurry hurry hurry to figure out what you want they have even come and how do you come here and not know What do you want while you’re sitting there asking your children or grandchildren?

You charge outrageous prices for crappy food and service. Didn’t even offer customer a lower price for a better bargain.
Last week I had a burger that wasn’t cooked all the way. I called and they wrote my name down for a free sandwich next time I wanted. So they made it right. But a week later I got my free sandwich and it wasn’t much better than the last one. I think they changed something because my Frisco just wasn’t what it used to be. Different meat it seems to me. Or just not cooked right.

I come through the drive-thru quite often, I never have any issues but today there was a young woman working that I've never seen before and my total came to $6.62 or $64 I gave her the 62 or 64 cents plus $20 bill and she gave me back $13.94 I then told her about the mistake and she wanted to and tell me that I was wrong about how much I had given her never had an issue before today but that lady was very rude to me.
