it does not matter when you come in here there could be not one other soul in line and right now there is one person inside this and they are always in a rush and rude like you just have to hurry hurry hurry to figure out what you want they have even come and how do you come here and not know What do you want while you’re sitting there asking your children or grandchildren?

Last week I had a burger that wasn’t cooked all the way. I called and they wrote my name down for a free sandwich next time I wanted. So they made it right. But a week later I got my free sandwich and it wasn’t much better than the last one. I think they changed something because my Frisco just wasn’t what it used to be. Different meat it seems to me. Or just not cooked right.

I come through the drive-thru quite often, I never have any issues but today there was a young woman working that I've never seen before and my total came to $6.62 or $64 I gave her the 62 or 64 cents plus $20 bill and she gave me back $13.94 I then told her about the mistake and she wanted to and tell me that I was wrong about how much I had given her never had an issue before today but that lady was very rude to me.

Had a horrible experience. Manager was cussing and totally rude because I ordered a burger with no bun and got my order with the BUN. I have celiac and am deathly allergic. But it didn't matter to her the employees are treated terrible. And about 2 months ago I had a protein style lettuce wrap burger. Got home to eat it and the big chunks of lettuce it had were totally rotten and brown and wilted. It looked like they cut the ends of the lettuce off and put it on my burger... never eating there again

The only issue I've experienced here is when an employee walked out while a new employee was being trained and the morning manager was covering for closing. The remaining 2 employees did the best they could with the situation, though other customers were not so patient. The food was hot and fresh and kudos to them for sticking it out even while getting backlash from impatient customers.
