I've been getting food here probably about once a week. It's the only place I get a sub sandwich now. The staff have always been friendly and they seem to do a good job of keeping the place clean. My food is consistently ready on time and I've always been happy with the quality. As a satisfied customer I find it easy to recommend Jersey Mike's to others.

Friendly staff made our experience at the Muscatine Jersey Mike’s very pleasant! Highly recommend for an easy dinner meal! Especially if you’re gluten free because they take extra precaution.

When I went in there I was served by a young Mexican women named Jayda and she was super polite and nice. This was one of my best if not best interactions with jersey Mike workers and I appreciate her kindness so much because I wasn’t having the best day and it was needed.

The young Hispanic chick that worked the evening of March 12th is absolutely rude and this isn’t the first time my family and I have dealt with her being so rude. Last time she sat in her phone while I waited to be waited on. Very unimpressed! Sounds like re training is in order! The usage of their personal phones is the largest problem at this store. And not answering the phone… 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tonight my experience was not typical. Four teens running the store but not working. They stood and chatted while customers were lining up for food. My sandwich was less than ideal ( grated meat but too many pickles). Sandwiches at $10 each should be well made. Long hair while manning the grill without netting also grossed me out!

This location is by far one of the best! Everyone here is super nice and they always get my order correct. Ocean, Jayda, Lisett, and Devin, always have such a positive attitude. I believe the manager is Leann and she makes sure everything runs smoothly. Amazing place and even more amazing staff!

The team at the muscatine jersey mikes is amazing. They are always friendly, even when they are super busy, and they make every experience great. I have a pretty specific order and they never have any problems making sure it’s right each and every time. Ocean, Jayda, Lisett, Leann, and Dustin are the ones I usually get helped by, and I go there so much they have my order and name memorized lol. They always go above and beyond and make every experience great, thank you guys!

Stopped into Jersey Mikes tonight and I can’t say enough good things! The staff working that night were so friendly and fast even though they seemed pretty busy! Jayda, Carly, Ocean and James were there tonight and they made my sandwich perfectly! I used to be a subway guy, but from now on I’ll be coming to Jersey Mikes.

Better than my last Jersey Mike's experience.

Still, I do not feel as if I got good value for the money I spent. But better than other Jersey Mike's locations I have been to.

Sandwich was made with care. This place has present management which is on top of things. Place is exceptionally clean.

One of the better Jersey Mike's restaurants I have been to.

Parking: Not intuitive to find entrance to parking lot .
