Ordered take out, got home 20 miles away and found I did not get all of my order. Only two people covering dinner rush time, had to wait to order, and wait for food. While waiting I heard to one employee call someone and asked them to come in. Apparently they refused, I wished the poor guy good luck. They owe me one chicken bowl.

The mashed potatoes tasted burnt. which made my chicken bowl taste nasty . They were out of Mac cheese and biscuits too during dinner rush and there was no ice in the pop machine either . If I eat here again I'll only get the chicken from now on .

Its been a long tine since I have dined in kfc. The food was amazing. It was rather quiet and cozy. It didn't look like three inches of grease on every surface. It was very clean. I highly recomend the chicken tenders. I can't say enough about how great this staff was. If its been awhile for you. Dine in kfc muscatine.

Food was terrible, overcooked dry chicken with soggy breading, horrible service, I told the guy I've been craving KFC and he just laughed, shook his head and walked away to finish his conversation before taking my order. The place was filthy, the staff was walking around talking and joking and looking at their phones instead of doing their jobs or cleaning the store. I will never go back to this KFC. The staff need to be fired and the store needs to be permanently shut down.

I was at kfc today around 2 and this very nice polite young lady as I was observing she went in and checked on everyone that was eating she was very polite took some peoples trays to empty them and if they needed anything else just wanna say that she is very respectful and has good manners and personality I had a good stay today at kfc I will be coming back thank you

Just close this location down permanently. Try and give them a chance when they're slow. Order about 25 dollars worth of food. pull up to the window and not a single employee in sight. 2 minutes later, I drove my ass away. This place is absolutely horrible. chik-fil-a would be way better.

The girl with the fake wedding set wasn't paying attention when we ordered our food. She was talking crap to someone. When we got our food I got my mountain dew and asked about the small starry I ordered for my daughter. They gave it to me but the girl had to say I didn't know you wanted a starry. I wonder why?????

I am between Davenport and Muscatine and we find ourselves 50/50 for shopping. We have tried the KFC in Muscatine several times in hopes of better service. There is never any chicken ready and even when you wait, it's never the right order, or seems old. Today I went and they said it would be a wait, I agreed and they came back like are you sure you want to wait that long. I said, never mind everytime I come here, nothing is ever ready and it seems like I am an inconvenience. She said well have a nice day...Girl even made it a point to yell have a nice day through the drive through window. I just don't want to pay for expensive food and have to feel like an inconvenience for ordering it. ? Plus, I get it if they are swamped but there is never many customers present when I have been there. Left and got chicken from Kwik Star.
