1st time here & definitely not the last. Had the unbreaded tenderloin basket. Guessing about ½#, juicy, hot, & tasty. Fries were served very hot too. Coleslaw was good, had better & had worse. Looking forward to a Friday night whole catfish dinner! Was surprised at how much seating they have. Has to be 100+ in the screened in area & probably close to 100 inside? Lots of parking. Seasonal, 10/29/23 is last day open this year.Came back on Friday 10/13 hoping to have some good catfish. Unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. Nice light breading & looked great. I'm assuming they purchased pre-breaded frozen catfish as mine were not cooked at all along the bone. If you eat whole catfish, you know how the meat flakes off the bones easily. Couldn't even scrape the meat off the bone. WORST whole catfish I've ever had.The baked potato was also slightly under cooked.I don't like to write poor reviews & generally don't. Just hoping the owners will read & correct this as it potentially could have been pretty good.

Had the catfish filet dinner. Fish was don't great! Coleslaw was room temp, iffy to eat, rolls were dried out! Drinks sucked! I had a margarita on the rocks and it was way to sour! The whiskey sour was even worse! Bartender truly had not made either on her own. Please train your staff for drinks we didn't drink but a few sips of those and left so a waste of money for those, would come back for the fishing the coleslaw is cold!

Food is always amazing here and we just love taking the family there on the weekends usually for lunch. The staff are nice and helpful. I gave the service 4 stars only because the last time we were there we waited forever for a couple small appetizers we ordered. We had actually finished our meal and had watched as multiple other meals, that were placed after our order, were severed before we got ours. This is not our typical expirence though and most of the time they are 5 stars all around. We will still go and I encourage anyone who wants to try a place they haven't been and wants great food to stop here and eat.Kid-friendliness: It's a restaurant with a kids menu and a few games for them to play.

Ribeye steak sandwich is awesome with basket (waffle fries or fried onion rings), worth the trip.

Aside from the aNgRy spirits that occupy this land, we had a great time. The calzone was surprisingly good.
