i’ve always loved little ceasars because it’s fast, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. the reason why i am rating this place 1 star is NOT because of the food… it’s because of one specific employee. i would state her name, but i’m gonna be merciful here and spare her the embarrassment. however i’m sure if her, or her manager sees this comment they’re gonna know exactly who i’m talking about. i arrived at the pizza place at 6:00pm, and i didn’t leave until 7:15pm… i waited there for 1 hour and 15 minutes just for a simple classic pepperoni pizza. i waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes and the line wasn’t long at all, so i know for a fact that the poor service wasn’t caused due to the place being too busy. it was relatively empty. when i finally got to the pick up window, the girl asked me what my order was and i told her it was a classic pepperoni pizza. i waited there by the pick up window for at least another 10 minutes thinking that they were getting my order ready… they didn’t. the same girl came back up to the window and asked me AGAIN what my order was. i repeated it to her twice. then i had to wait another 10 minutes just for her to tell me that they “lost my pizza” and they “didn’t know where it went” and then told me to park in the parking lot and she will bring it out to me in 20 minutes when it’s done. i was already very frustrated with the wait so i wasn’t happy with having to park and wait another extra 20 minutes all over a simple pepperoni pizza. anyways 20 minutes passed and nobody came to car to give me the pizza. i was tired of waiting so i decided to go inside to check on my order. when i came inside, the same girl looked at me and said “do i know you??” when she was the same exact girl who took my order, and told me to wait. i told her for the THIRD time that i was the person who ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and that i’ve been waiting almost an hour in the parking lot. then her brain cells finally produced a thought and recognized who i was. she told me that she “totally forgot” that i was waiting. her manager came out and scolded her for completely forgetting that i was waiting for over an hour. she kept telling her manager that she thought she already gave me my pizza but obviously she didn’t. then the girl asked me “what was your order again?” i couldn’t believe it. i had to repeat my order FIVE times TOTAL to this girl and she STILL could not understand what i was saying. absolutely ridiculous! i totally understand waiting for a while if they were busy, but they weren’t busy and i had to wait over an hour all because the girl forgot that i was waiting in the parking lot when she specifically told me to wait there. she had absolutely NO IDEA what she was doing, and couldn’t comprehend that all i wanted was a simple pepperoni pizza even though i repeated my order to her FIVE TIMES!! i highly doubt she passed elementary school, that’s how severely incompetent she was. i don’t understand how someone with such low intelligence would qualify for this job. it’s not like i had a complex order or bought multiple pizzas.. it was literally just 1 pizza. plain and simple. well apparently it wasn’t that simple to her because she was clearly incapable of doing her job. i don’t know if she was new or not, but someone like her should not be working unsupervised and DEFINITELY needs to be trained over and over again. i can’t speak for the manger, but me personally i would NEVER let someone so imbecile keep working at my establishment. this job is clearly wayyyyy too hard for her and she should start looking at other jobs that are easier for her to perform since simply giving someone a pizza is just beyond her qualifications. if i come back and she is still working there, i expect her to actually know what she is doing and remember someone’s order so that way the customer doesn’t have to repeat it to her multiple times like she’s Dori from Nemo. i have hope that she will learn from this experience and do better next time because that type of customer service is way too pitiful.

There is something wrong with the dough. I can't quite place my finger on it. I have went here a few times and the last time sealed the deal on not coming back. I used crazy sauce and a bunch of seasoning to mask the sour strange and oddly bland taste of the dough.

The staff is kind and the service is quick but the food is no good.

Waiting 30 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza and some crazy bread is crazy. It seems to be this way everytime we come here anymore, they need to figure something out

We’ve noticed that although sometimes the dough seems flat and not raised very well, they often achieve the perfect balance of fluffy and crispy crust that is exactly what I’m looking for in a pizza, and that’s what keeps us going back. Today was a 5 star day, with the perfect crust, and an excellent balance of sauce, cheese, and melt-in-your-mouth pepperoni 🙌🏻. If you can keep up that crust consistently, I’ll change this review to a five!

Used to be, you pay for what you get but now it’s more expensive with even cheaper ingredients.

If you ever come here and they tell you that your order is “going to be a couple minutes” till it’s done expect to wait about another 20-40 minutes for it to actually be ready or even for it to be started at all.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. We placed are order at 7:12 and was told it would be a 10 minute it's now 7:37 and we are still waiting This is by far the worst little Caesars I've ever been to. Customers came in after we did and they got absolutely no recognition from any of the employees

I've never had a problem with the store, its employees, or the service.
The food is always been to my expectations and specifications.

If people have an issue, they need to take it up with Mike and Dan the owners, not take it out on the managers or staff.

Plan your day better, be patient, and cut them a break so you can get the best experience as possible.

I don’t care about the negative things people say about y’all, those pizza puffs are amazing and I drive 20 minutes to Muscatine just to get them! Keep being awesome and don’t ever get rid of the puffs because they are simply amazing and so incredibly under priced, but I appreciate that you guys do not overcharge and I can eat those wonderful puffs for $4! Keep on rocking little ceasars!
