I’m honestly so tired of coming to this McDonald’s, no matter what time of day I can never get fresh fries. Speaking of during a light dinner rush you’re telling me they aren’t dropping ANY FRESH FRIES, how do I get the cold soggy ones EVERY time. I’m sick of it, gent together please.

I have to laugh it's been 10 yrs or so since been to Mickie ds. I stopped in craving fries so bought two of them and double cheese. Burger. I requested three times no onions cause I'm allergic to them. I got to motel ended up throwing burger away cause it was loaded withh onions on it. I guess I see ya in 20 yrs. This time but fries were fine.

If I could rate this McDonald a 0 I would give them a 0. I asked for ketchup packets and got them thrown at me by some girl at the drive thru window who then proceeded to slam it in my face and walk away. I called to speak the manager and they hung up on me I called back to get the manager information to escalate the situation to the general manager they refused to give me their name which a friend told me the manager on duty gos by the name Jaylen so I’m assuming that’s who thought it was professional to hang up and be disrespectful and refuse to give his name or the company corporate number. Im going to escalate this all the way up. I also was told I’d be banned from McDonald. Which I quite literally don’t care I go to McDonald for my kids but the way they treat customers there I’d rather give my money to another company that isn’t going to disrespect customers! What happened to customers are always right and making it better. Definitely will not be back to this location ever again!

Nothing like stopping by McDonald’s to grab something on your way home late at night, single guy don’t cook, chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce is perfect, hits the spot! And imagine the disappointment upon arriving home to find no dipping sauce! Totally ruins everything! I don’t have substitutes at home, that’s why I went to McDonald’s in the first place! Nuggets dry really suck…so for the price of $10, I got a medium orange highC, and tossed the rest. The first time in a while that I’ve gone there, honestly it was my last.
