I’ve got to say, the food was amazing. we walked in and the atmosphere was, well i guess you could say lonley. I’ve been here 5 times this year and none before 2025 every time the food has been beyond amazing. although I have yet to see another soul in this place and I still have yet to figure out why. The workers are… interesting to say the least and as we walked it we had to wait 3 minutes before we were acknowledged. At the counter we were looked at like aliens. But as we were sat there were no napkins, straws, or menus given to us and we were expected to know what we wanted immediately. Once we were given the menus and ordered the food came fast, looked amazing, and truly was delicious. I am in disbelief on how they are still in business, but I am glad they are just because of how the food was absolutely incomprehensible to the human taste. A wild experience to say the least but still, 5 stars.

Genuinely the greatest calzone of my entire existence on this planet. Did not expect to go to the barren Muscatine Pizza Hut that receives NO foot traffic, get looked at like I was an alien, sit down, order, and be graced by something so delectable that I was convinced that the rapture was ensuing. Service could use some work 👍

I miss the days of old! There is never anyone eating inside pizza hut anymore! It is just dead inside! It sucks that bringing in more customers to eat at the restaurant more would make the food price go up, because they would have to hire more people more often!

Food was fresh and hot but it was very greasy. The service was horrible. Took quite a bit of time to get one pizza and once we got our food we were never checked on once. We had to go for the counter ourselves and wait about 5 minutes until someone finally came to ring us up. 1 large pizza and 4 20 bottles of soda for $39 and some change is ridiculous.

This is the 2nd time we have gotten terrible service. This time everything was wrong that we ordered. The girl took 10 min. to take an order for 2 pastas because her English was so bad. (I don't fault her for that but maybe taking the calls is not the best position there for her) After repeating it back to me 5 times she finally read it back right. But it was still wrong when we got it. We also ordered bread sticks and got cheese bread. When I called to tell them our order was wrong the person who answered was rude and made it sound like it was our fault because we asked for changes instead of ordering it the way it comes on the menu. She also made sure to tell me she works in over 20 Pizza Hut locations, as if I cared by then. Rude is rude. She did decide to fix one of the pastas we ordered and offered to bring missing toppings from the other on the side. BUT GUESS WHAT CAME BACK WRONG AGAIN!!! Actually looked as if they deliberately made it worse. The only thing good was the delivery driver. She was very pleasant and professional. (Even during snowy weather) Time before they left the pizzas between doors at my work. When we called about them not showing they told us they left them between the doors as if we should have looked outside for it??? Pizza was cold if course. They did nothing to fix the situation but send a gift certificate. So all of us got food for our break that night. Never again .

Order dinner at 703pm on September 20,24 for delivery and didn’t receive my order when it was supposed to be delivered at 735 pm . I called to see how much longer it was going to be and I was told that they was waiting for a delivery to pick up my order and it would be another 15 minutes! Really disappointing!!! It shouldn’t take an hour and 15 minutes

I am highly disappointed with the service at the Muscatine location. I was on hold for 51 minutes. To place an order from someone at the muskatine location, I went in to let her know and she acted very nonchalant and as if she did not care. I have always done business with pizza. And I've never had any issues before. But this is ridiculous, very unprofessional.!!!

We love going to pizza hut and always get the personal pizza's and bread sticks and the food is always good but seems nobody dines inside. The business is always clean and the staff is friendly. Will always recommend going to the Hut for pizza ? ?

My wife & I stopped into our local Pizza Hut to dine in on some pizza, they were not busy we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. The pizza was great, and the staff helped us out. We talked to them a bit and they said they never really get that busy since COVID everyone prefers delivery and takeout. It’s a shame too because it’s still a wonderful place to dine in and I think people have forgotten the art of talking to one another and enjoying each other in person. We will stop in again.
