Right off the bat, Trey went above and beyond to make our experience awesome. We “toured” the fun zone before we ate and he was so interactive, attentive and friendly. While we ate, Trey came out with a ladder to help another table retrieve their rogue balloon. I also saw him heading to the bathroom with an hand soap refill halfway through our meal. After we ate, while playing, my daughter lost her phone. Trey, along with another staff member, Lisa, searched high and low with us to find it. He even went to other tables in the dining area and asked people in the fun zone if they’d seen it, which is way beyond anything I expected. When we did find it, my daughter ambushed Lisa with a hug and Lisa was just as happy as we were to have found it. I cannot speak highly enough of how appreciative we are of them! Trey is truly an outstanding young man and you have an amazing team member with him.

It's a great place, you have a variety of pizzas to choose from or if you want a hot chicken dinner instead with dessert pizzas and ice cream for dessert if you aren't already full.

Well where do I start? The manager was a very rude a--. If you reserve a party room ,Don't put 4 or 5 different party in the same room, right beside each other. Spend some money and put a few more dividers up ! You can't even talk to your own family when every one and their brother is talking. Tooooooo crowded. And whew, the prices went up. Don't think we will have a another Chritmas party. If the guy that came up and rudely said, WE PUT PEOPLE WHERE WE HAVE ROOM!, Needs to go to some classes to learn how to treat people with respect!!!

We visited the Muscatine Pizza Ranch tonight (Thursday, 4:30 pm) to try out "wing night". Very disappointed! There were only bone-in wings and the outside was overdone. Advertised in different sauces but the sauces were in bottles to put on your plate to dip the wings in. The pizza was also disappointing. They looked and tasted like they had been sitting on the warmers for a couple hours.

Everything went perfect for our family Christmas party, food and drinks were great, helpers were efficiant ant friendly

I eat here in Muscatine IA occasionally. But in the past 4 visits (the first 2 and then today of the 4 visits), I went home with diarrhea. I was fine before I got there. There's only one time of the 4 visits (3rd visit) that was different, the manager, who always seems to cook my gluten sensitive pizza, was not there! I spent almost $45.00 to get diarrhea? I'll not go back if she's there ever again! I plan to go back tomorrow with the remainder of the pizza and my recipe for a refund. We'll see how that goes. Not happy!

Food was good, chicken was hot n fresh (when you could get it b4 the family camped out waiting, lol), staff was nice & it was clean. My girls loved the arcade area but spent way too much of their money on their cards on the freaking claw machines, parents beware!!
Went to a large birthday party on Sunday and let me tell you people were on top of people and the workers kept up beautifully. They worked their hardest to keep the food coming.

I like Pizza Ranch and have eaten at there in other towns including Muscatine. Food was cold. Plates and utensils were dirty with smudge and food particals. We were very disappointed

We went into Pizza Ranch for my son 10th Birthday. The staff was amazing. The front clerk Brandon checked us in, really nice and attentive and very helpful. The manager Brooke stopped by and checked on us and placed tables together. She even gathered her staff to sing happy Birthday. The games were 50% off which was awesome for a large party. The whole experience was a 10/10 and we will definitely return.
