The food selection was top notch! I had something from the salad area, the comfort-food area, and the pizzas. I was totally impressed with the size of the fun-zone area. It was brightly lit, large rooms, video cameras so you can watch your child comfortably. There were many choices in game activities. I don't currently have young children, but this made me wish I did.

Have been coming in less and less over the last few years due to declining experiences. Today. Once again problems with getting requested pizza, they made the pizza and never buzzed us. I asked about it and the guy said the pizza that was on the buffett was my pizza. I told him there is no way that is my pizza becuase I didnt order cheese. When we came in, there were 3 sodas out of order. The coke and mr pibb weren't tagged as out but were clear. We told them about it and it was still out by the time we left. At the price for the buffet now, it is hard to justify coming in when the level of service is less than what it was before.

Very friendly staff, but chicken wasn't ready. They offered me a beverage while I waited - nice gesture. You can't beat Pizza Ranch chicken - it's the best.
Right off the bat, Trey went above and beyond to make our experience awesome. We “toured” the fun zone before we ate and he was so interactive, attentive and friendly. While we ate, Trey came out with a ladder to help another table retrieve their rogue balloon. I also saw him heading to the bathroom with an hand soap refill halfway through our meal. After we ate, while playing, my daughter lost her phone. Trey, along with another staff member, Lisa, searched high and low with us to find it. He even went to other tables in the dining area and asked people in the fun zone if they’d seen it, which is way beyond anything I expected. When we did find it, my daughter ambushed Lisa with a hug and Lisa was just as happy as we were to have found it. I cannot speak highly enough of how appreciative we are of them! Trey is truly an outstanding young man and you have an amazing team member with him.

It's a great place, you have a variety of pizzas to choose from or if you want a hot chicken dinner instead with dessert pizzas and ice cream for dessert if you aren't already full.
Parking: Lots of parking and it's free!
Kid-friendliness: Game room that's monitored so you can keep an eye on older children. Kids love the fun room!

Well where do I start? The manager was a very rude a--. If you reserve a party room ,Don't put 4 or 5 different party in the same room, right beside each other. Spend some money and put a few more dividers up ! You can't even talk to your own family when every one and their brother is talking. Tooooooo crowded. And whew, the prices went up. Don't think we will have a another Chritmas party. If the guy that came up and rudely said, WE PUT PEOPLE WHERE WE HAVE ROOM!, Needs to go to some classes to learn how to treat people with respect!!!
