This is a very nice arcade. They have very nice prizes and games, my kids always wanna come back for more candy or whatever. They even have a little game where your kid can go in, and a bunch of cheap plastic balls fall on them, and they need to get as many as they can into the hole before time runs out. They also have racing games, a Jurassic park 2 player shooting game, a 2 player nerf game, 2 play VR, a "winner every time" duck and candy claw machine, 2 claw machines for points, a fea drop games along with timing games, and a prize im secretly trying to get is a cotton candy maker..

Muscatine Pizza Ranch has always been our go-to but not after we visited last week. I understand the limited selection now that the buffet is open all hours, but we were among 5 people at 3pm and bins nearly empty with a few pieces chicken and what pizza was out was dried up. When chicken was brought out it was either reheated or they burnt it. Another major issue was the cleanliness which is the main reason we came to this location. For no one there Food was all over and smeared outside the bins. Plates were not picked up until customers left. We watched one table who was on a feeding frenzy but even their plates weren’t picked up till they left.
So disappointed this location has gone down hill as we loved their selection and cleanliness.
Bye-bye and so long. Hope things change or you’ll loose more than us.

I have enjoyed their pizza for quite some time. Kathy makes my favorite southwest breakfast pizza that we used to get at a local factory in the morning. I always have great service when she's working!

I have eaten numerous times at this Pizza Ranch and was sorely disappointed with my recent visit. The chicken selection was mostly wings and oddly cut pieces. very few thighs or drumsticks. I didn't even bother trying breast meat, which looked dry. I don't go for the pizza, generally their fried chicken is superb, but not this visit.(Dec 14, 2022).

This review is solely based off the good mashed potatoes and the experience I had with a single employee. Tonight when I visited it was busy and they were out of quite a lot of things and a bunch of people waiting for them to be filled. Here comes a girl named Alexis busting her butt to make sure everything is filled and running around looking around for help. While this other man, who turned out to be a manager just sat and watched her. I overheard her ask where the guy who was supposed to be doing it was, and he goes “oh I told him he could go do (X) because I knew you’d do it.” She seemed confused and was like well isn’t her on here? Again “I knew you’d do it” She clarified asking “aren’t you a manager though?” “Yup, he said smugly and literally walked off leaving her. I am a general manager and if I ever heard someone I trusted and that was employed to be in charge, I’d be very disappointed. That is not how you treat any employee, let alone one doing 10 things at once while you stand looking blank into the corner, knowing she needs help.That is your job to make everything run smoothly, not hers. Thankfully after telling her she’s doing amazing and that what he did was awful, I believe she talked to someone about it. But I hope something is done about that man’s behavior because that is not management material and down right embarrassing for a company to tolerate in the slightest. You’re amazing Alexis! Your work ethic will take you far!! ❤️
Games are a little pricey. $1.00 a game for almost every game. YIKES with for kids that's a bit expensive. They also do not round up your tickects to the nearest 5 and do not offer anything for one ticket.
