Our first trip today and everything was very good! Ethan, our waiter, was super helpful and we will definitely be back!

I just had the Ribeye steak special and have to say that it is one of the Best steaks I’ve ever had, all local beef and a fairly large size. Sal Vitale’s will always be in my top choices to dine in, they never disappoint.

Got delivery pizza to our hotel. Ordered from website. They actually read your special requests and brought us plates and utensils. Which was greatly appreciated!!

Pizza was wonderful and piping hot. Got one with just pepperoni and the other with pepperoni, anchovy, and olives. Really really good! The cheese was stretchy! Anchovy wasn’t overpowering either.

Sal Vitale's has my favorite pizza - quality ingredients that taste great. I moved away from Muscatine, but now drive the hour and forty-five minutes each way for the take and bake.

Nothing beats the pizza and cheesesticks fresh outta the oven. Been so busy lately that we have just been picking it up, but had a chance to go down and sit and enjoy the other day. Staff was great. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. As Tony the Tiger says, "their grrrrrrreat!"

We were passing thru the area and stopped in for an early dinner. We were able to find a cozy both. Our server was a nice young man, who was most attentive. We all enjoyed our food. Food ordered were 3 appetizers - meatballs, calamari, & cheesy garliic bread. We also ordered a medium Sammy the Bull pizza with extra cheese which was excellent! Both glasses of wine e yummy, especially the Moscato. The cheesy garlic bread came with marinara which was good, but cold. Serving it hot would be a plus. If you are in the area, we highly recommend you stopping .by for a great dinner. Just bring cash as they do not except CCs.

During a Sunday drive, we ended up in Muscatine and decided to try Sal Vitale's Italian Restaurant And Pizzeria based on the excellent reviews. We were not disappointed! The restaurant offers great, authentic Italian cuisine. Both of us opted for a calzone, and the homemade crust was absolutely delicious and flavorful.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the owner even took the time to chat with us about our meal. This personal touch made the experience even more special. The enticing aromas of other dishes being served have us eager to return. We are more than willing to make the hour and a half drive again in the future to try something different from their menu. Highly recommend!
