First time at Sal Vitale’s and everything was AMAZING! I really wish this Italian Ristorante was 40 miles closer to the Quad Cities. Honestly, worth the drive if you’re looking for quality Italian dishes or searching for great pizza. We could not decide on pizza or pasta so we ordered both. So glad too!Actually, thought the sausage pizza was one of the best. They make their own Italian sausage too. And their artisan crust is definitely a great mix of crispy but chewy. Love!Ordered Norino’s Seafood Pasta. Such a rich and creamy dreamy sauce on fettuccine with crab and shrimp. Magnifico!Lastly, we completed our meal with a delicious piece of tiramisu. All fabulous!Our waiter, Alex, was very attentive, and made sure we had a great experience.We definitely will make the trip back to Sal Vitale’s in Muscatine Iowa soon to try other yummy items!Parking: Plenty of parking during afternoon hours

I was truly disappointed with the visit. We arrived around 5:40pm, got seated and ordered right away. Our appetizer came quick and was delicious. However our entrees didn’t arrive until 7:30pm. What was most upsetting was a couple sitting across the room from us arrived 20-30 minutes later, got their food, and had their leftovers packaged before we even got our food. We waited so long we didn’t even have time to eat and instead had to take our food to go.The only real positive to the night other than the tasty appetizer was our waitress, Morgan. She did an amazing job, kept apologizing for the delay despite it not being her fault, and was very enjoyable to visit with!

We really love this place. The staff is always friendly & helpful, and it warms my heart to see the family running the business together. We've stopped in just twice as we don't get to Muscatine often, but we've been impressed with the food both times, and plan to return next time we're in the area.

Always Perfect! The food never disappoints that’s why it’s a go-to of mine. They take the time to make the food the right way and they take pride in the preparation. I always get the white sauce tortellini with chicken and an extra bread because I can’t find bread like that anywhere else. A must-visit while you’re in Muscatine.
We decided to try something different, food was good and a new food taste was great, Their pizza looked good, but went with pasta, it has never been open when we have passed by there..so we splurged and tried it out.,
