My latte was luke warm. And then they kept trying to give me a straw for it. Not sure what the confusion was. I usually have excellent service. We drove 9.miles just for Scooters coffee. A little disappointed.

Confused by these reviews and how they can say that anyone working here is rude. I honestly love the girls working here. They are so sweet and friendly. Recognize my car as I'm pulling up and know my drink order. Literally has never had a single issue. Drinks and food are delish as well!

I have become a regular to this Scooters or is so good. I always get a peanut butter crunch. Last time I went through, Elizabeth made my drinks and Kayla helped get our order. Both did such a great job it is worth noting how friendly they were. Thank you.

I waited in line substantial substantially longer than ever and then when I get up to the window for my one coffee, they are preparing a bunch of food for orders behind me. I don’t say anything. I get my coffee and pay go to take a drink extremely cold the place not good!
Last Friday, I decided to get coffee during midnight because I was craving something sweet. I'm not much of a coffee person myself, but this place nailed it. I asked the girl to give me their personal drink and it turned out amazing! If I don't remember correctly she was white, wore glasses, and made my night! Thank you Scooters as well, I'll be back for more!

I traveled from Chicago to visit my girlfriend and decided to stop by Scooter's Coffee, as I have a fondness for iced coffee. When I mentioned to the employee that it was my first visit and that I was not a local, I asked for her recommendation on iced coffee options. After she provided her suggestion, an older woman, a white female wearing glasses, interjected and was quite impolite. She inquired about my drink choice, and I requested an iced coffee with caramel, cream, and sugar. When she asked how many pumps of caramel I wanted, I replied that I would like at least 3 or 4 pumps. She then informed me that there was an additional charge of 80 cents for each pump of caramel. I assured her that I was okay with the extra cost. Ultimately, her demeanor was unkind and disrespectful. It seems she lacks the skills to engage with customers, particularly those visiting from out of state. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope the owner takes note of this feedback.

I went with my mother because she always talks to me about how good the food and coffee is. I decided to take her since she was craving coffee. We got to the place and the drive-through was empty i thought great that way I don’t hold up the line. As we got to the speaker to order the girl asks ! What can I get for you and I asked her what kind of coffees you got she mentioned about 4 I believe i told her can u please give me a minute I’m see what my mother wants..well the girl asked me are you gonna order anything I’m in a hurry I said yes please give me a few minutes mom is deciding what to get I also told her that why the rush I have no cars behind me if that makes you feel better and she told me i didn’t ask that I’m on a timer and you are taking for ever to order I was like are you for real so I told her you know what just forget it I’ll just take mom to dunken donuts and drove away and it’s not the first time that happens .. There was also another day where there were 2 of them working and the Hispanic girl apologized to me for her coworkers behavior if they don’t like working there than get a different job so rude

The coffee I had this morning was great however the service was horrible. I’m assuming it was the manager but she wasn’t polite when I asked if I could have a minute to look at the menu because we aren’t familiar with the menu. At the window she basically threw my card back at me and didn’t give me time to set down my first coffee before she angrily said for me to “grab your other coffee”. I don’t ever leave a review and I think this person working this morning should have a review of customer service.

Pulled up to the speaker, asked for a second to figure out what we wanted, about 5 seconds later, an annoyed voice came thru asking if we were ready yet. So now we feel like we have to decide (and no cars behind us). Order, not really knowing what we want still so we ask a couple questions, met with more annoyance. Get up to the window and the woman was visibly annoyed, and less than friendly attitude handing drinks and change. Coffees were excellent but if that's how I'll be treated, I'll never be back. On a side note, I was spoiled by the Milan, IL location and how ridiculously nice they are, so I assumed all locations were like that. Wrong.
