Proofsocial was the best part.
What I smelled when I walked in made me believe that my pulled pork with coleslaw on it Yes I did do that would be great and it was.
The brisket plate was +skinny-and if what adjacent to it was Long John silver's crumbles it would be great but it will end up being horrible brussel sprouts burnt and god awful.
The armadillo eggs were pretty good probably cooked a little too long I mean depending on how you like you're bacon
That place cost us $80 not worth it Proofsocial I think we are into them for 30 is all right
The waffle fries were colorful but eh.
Back too, There's a cool tavern you can sit in while you're trying to figure out what you're going to do I guess there's a wine place upstairs also Cool vibes

My coworkers raved about this place on past trips to Muscatine so I had to try it out. It did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and a perfect portion size. The staff was very friendly and helpful when giving suggestions on what to try on the menu.
The restaurant is located in the Pearl Plaza and seating is around the corner from where you order (a little disorienting at first). The food is pricey, but worth it if you want great barbecue from a local establishment.

Good food and service. Atomsphere is nice. Brisket is good and the corn option on the side is good. Burnt ends were on the dry side didn't taste like they came from the point on the brisket like they should. Still a great place to eat and worth the travel to Muscatine.

Skinnys is the best BBQ around. I eat here monthly when I work in town. They recognize me when I come in and always thank.me.for coming back.
The BBQ is top knotch. I always get the brisket and burnt end plate. Everything is prepared with pride and it looks and taste like it!
If you do not give them a try you are.just plain missing out!

Had no expectations going in, and the food exceeded those expectations. Went in with 6 of us total and everyone got something different. Everyone loved what they got. Would go again next time we are in the area.

Layout and traffic pattern is confusing. Food was very good, prices were high but portion size for the price was very good. Plan on $20 pretty person. Menu is available online.
$5.50 for large soft drink.
Restroom is on another floor.
Outdoor patio seating is available if weather permits

Wonderful wonderful barbeque! Armadillo eggs are NOT to be missed, with not-too-sweet raspberry sauce, perfect! Great outdoor rooftop overlooking the riverfront, nice bar
