Always a friendly staff and service is prompt. I have never had a bad drink ordered here. I generally get a Frappuccino and my husband sometimes gets a hot drink or cold brew.

11/10/24 5:26pm ordered 2 hot drinks getting ready to leave town we got Vanilla Latte & Hot tea to sip on the roadtrip home. The lid popped off my hot tea I let my husband know to be careful with his he’s driving and grabs his latte and was careful and the lid popped off and the hot drink went on his lap while he’s driving yes it burned him! I called and asked to speak to the manager on duty and he knew said it’s been happening a lot it’s a manufacturing issue never apologized just told me to just call corporate and hopefully they do something about it. It’s been happening a lot this store knows about it and are still using the cups/lids and not warning people when the drinks are handed out?!

I always go for the mocha cookie crumble and the last few times have been over there. It doesn't have any flavor whatsoever. There's more whipped cream than there is the actual mocha or the drink. And there's always chunks of ice. They used to be really good about their drinks but I don't know what happened that they seem to be falling off. That's why I never tipped before I get my drink

Highway 61 Starbucks of Muscatine is on top of it! From the time I pulled up to the time I drove off i received nothing but quick and highly friendly service. The drawings on my lid also made me smile and just made my whole day. Thank you Starbucks Team for being AWESOME ?
