If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely the worst experience I've ever had here food was inedible both look and tasted like it had been sitting there for a day reheated and new toppings put on will never and I mean never come here again

I took a group of older ladies there yesterday for their weekly outing. Not again. 😑 One of the ladies spilled her drink at the soda fountain. No one came to help clean it up. I stood at the counter trying to get a rag or a mop to clean it up myself. The woman with blonde hair pulled back seemed to be older and in charge of the younger workers, yet put her head down when I tried to make eye contact with her. Needless to say, I used most of the napkins to clean up the mess so that my other ladies and the family with kids behind us didn't slip and fall. Bty, the floor was so nasty that the napkins were black from the filth on the floor.

Swung by drive thru on 1/25/25 @ approx 1145pm. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. I ordered 2 meals paid $28 which I found it very odd. But I’m tired and decided to ignore since everything is expensive nowadays. Pulled forward paid for food and waited. I was given all the wrong items I ordered and even the items they gave me were terrible. It’s so easy to do things right guys. So by the time I got home. It was too late to even drive back. You can tell they knew they messed up by throwing anything in the bag so I could leave. Very unprofessional. Do better. I understand the job is not what you wanted, working at a Wendy’s at night in Muscatine Iowa. I get it, sucks but try to do the best with what you got.

Used to me my favorite place to get a burger. Since covid it has changed. I'm not sure they have enough help at times and the food is not always fresh. Chili is always good.

I wouldn’t bother wasting my money at most restaurants in Muscatine and this is one of them. The quality of food is poor yet the price is high. I asked for a fountain water and she took my card and proceeded to hand me a bottle water which she charged me for. I didn’t even get a receipt. Overall this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

There is no communication between leads and workers. Food has gone downhill, overpriced, and the people are rude. We ordered chili at 6:30 at night and they didn't have any because the day shift people didn't make the meat!?!??! Now if your a manager shouldn't you know how to make it?
Check your bag!! I looked through the bag just after pulling up after receiving my order. They were confused on the drinks and how many, even with it on the screen, must not know how to read, forgot 2 full orders!! I went in and stood for 5 minutes all while the girl at the counter kept looking at me, not once asking if I needed anything after placing the big bag of food on the counter. I had to ask where the rest of my orders were. They didn't make the one and just didn't put the other one in the bag, guess their hands got tired. The fry guy had earbuds in and no headset, pretty sure that's the main reason things weren't made. Upon getting home, one kids meal had a nugget carton and fries but no nuggets...this place needs shut down.

I wanted a large Chili but no the oven is supposedly not working!! and they had no food either except for a few things!!! how ridiculous and pathetic. I'm never coming here for a long while. Ridiculous this restaurant went downhill
