We used West Hill for our wedding cake. We both don’t really eat cake… but after doing the tasting trials and combos, we’ve eaten so much of it! We got a two tiered lemon curd, lemon buttercream, on lemon cake. You might think that’s crazy but it was so good! Very moist, stayed moist even when it was cut and sitting out for hours! We also did a half sheet that was strawberry cake with lemon buttercream, that was gone and we were complimented on it as well. I loved the design and they didn’t have much to go off of besides an inspo pic and “more blue less orange”. I’m so glad this was our cake.
