Garmin gps is accurate but there are different gates. No gate guard. Call number on sign to check in. l was outbound. Stay in truck and they will bring paperwork out to you. In and out in 1 hour for partial load. Everyone were friendly.

I read other reviews on them having appts and coming 1-2hrs early so i winged it by having an 11am appt but i showed up at 6:20am and i made the call and they unloaded me with no problem if all receivers were as such there would be no complaints

Don't know about the whole place but there is overnight parking for a few trucks if you are delivering raw meat products at gates C-E. Quick checking, quick unload, nice people.

Super easy to find. Took frozen into Gate A (the 1st driveway). Stop & call to check in (see other drivers photo). Arrived at 7:30 for a 9:00 appointment. I was in a dock by 8. They come out & break your seal. No having to slide tandems, wear vest or show drivers license. Simply do the job. They started unloading me fast. They bring out paperwork when unloaded. Great place!

They are great was 2 hours early was given a door just find out my refer wasnt working right. Lucky I wasn't to far from home base and they where ok with me leaving and returning 2 hours late. Was put in a door Immediately and within an hour I was being loaded. Can't get any better of a place then this.

If by act of mother nature your town gets hit by F3 Torondo and you can't get hold of your love ones and you want to leave early to see if your family. They will tell you no and if you leave when say no they point you and write you up. Even if you got pto or not. You family doesn't matter.

I think all receivers need to take a page out of this company's manual. Absolutely amazing, have a 7 AM appointment. Show up the night before gentleman says. I can park on-site and check in at 4 AM. No problem, gotta door a little bit after 7 unloaded and was out of there by 9 o'clock. Everybody super friendly, very efficient operation.

What a great experience!!! They loaded 40 pallets for 30 mins. Wow!! Its the first time that we have experienced that in our 5 years of trucking!!! Staffs are so kind.Great job guys ???????
