Last time I came here they’re fryer was broken! And when I had tried to order my food they had no chicken and fish! This place is a mess and dump! I’ve heard bad things about this place like people literally have had cockroaches in their food! Get your act together McDonald’s!

There's a really sweet gentleman that works the drive-through. He's very polite and made the mundane experience very enjoyable.
I normally don’t take time to do reviews, but this happens to be the absolutely worst McDonald’s franchise in America. They always put the wrong ingredients on the burgers. And I cannot count on two hands how many times they have messed my Grubhub order up. One star go elsewhere.

Waited 15 minutes inside ,never took my order or acknowledged I was standing there waiting , others were saying it took 25 minutes to get their food. Can get faster service in a sit down restaurant.
The burger was salty, it was bad on my body for the rest of the day but that's fast food for you.

Service needs a huge improvement I was in the drive-thru today and the back window the guy was okay but had an attitude and messed up our order cuz I ordered a large meal and got a medium drink when the screen was glitchy and needs to be fixed The second window The lady when we tried to fix it at the second window had an attitude didn't even smile didn't even say hi literally almost through the drink in my mom's lap My mom almost didn't catch her cup and like just had an attitude the whole time the whole experience maybe not want to come to the store ever again you guys need to improve your overall customer service cuz this was crappy never coming back
