I swear there has not been a single time I have ever been here and they have ever gotten my order completely right, have made it a habit to check my food every single time im leaving and every single time I have to pull back through because my order is wrong, one time they messed my order up and I came through again and guess what they did? gave me a completely different order that wasn’t even mine😂

The most incompetent mcdonalds i have ever been too. Every single time i go my order is wrong. Every single time. How damn hard is it to prepare an order correctly!!!!!! Management needs to address this because this is staff does not give a damn about their jobs. I don’t care where you work take some pride in what you do! 20 minute wait with no one ahead of me and the food is cold, wrong, eggshell in my sandwich which made open it and look at this! Why is it green/black?!?!? My pregnant wife had already half! She said it tasted weird, if this makes her sick god help yall. 30 dollars on breakfast just to be wasted. Ownership needs to take accountability and i expect a response

I don’t know what kind of manager they got trying to run this McDonald’s, but it is absolute garbage. The drive-through times are a minimum 15 minutes. They make people wait for before taking their order. If you get through the drive-through quick it’s just for them to tell you to pull ahead and park and wait for them to bring your food out.
This place needs a overhaul with management and employees and need to find people that actually want to work

Counter be condiments was gross. No ketchup in pump nor in bins. Pop was like it was all carbonated water. Tables weren’t cleaned off. For the record, we were only customers in the place. Food was subpar also.

Ordered two of the Special Gold McCrispy chicken sandwiches, which only come with bacon, pickles, and the special gold sauce on it, and they gave me two chicken sandwiches with just lettuce and tomato on them. I then took those sandwiches back and told them the correct ones to make and as I'm leaving I checked them and noticed that they are the exact same sandwiches that I just brought back. I'm not sure if the staff of this McDonald's is just some kind of special or don't know how to read or what but I can guarantee you I won't be coming back. My Tea is also always sour and you can tell that they don't change out their grease as frequently as they are supposed to.

Everytime go there food is nasty refried nuggets fries have so much salt birds are blowing up on them do your job or get some that can. Not at all spending some there again

Absolutely the longest McDonalds in the whole state of Iowa. So ridiculous.
Wow they never have hot fries, they are always hard and cold. The sandwiches look like someone threw the ingredients at the bun and hoped they would stick, I get that you can feel rushed but come on guys, a least try. Still always out of ice cream for shakes and stuff, the Nevada IA McDonalds is definitely a place to avoid
