Counter be condiments was gross. No ketchup in pump nor in bins. Pop was like it was all carbonated water. Tables weren’t cleaned off. For the record, we were only customers in the place. Food was subpar also.

Ordered two of the Special Gold McCrispy chicken sandwiches, which only come with bacon, pickles, and the special gold sauce on it, and they gave me two chicken sandwiches with just lettuce and tomato on them. I then took those sandwiches back and told them the correct ones to make and as I'm leaving I checked them and noticed that they are the exact same sandwiches that I just brought back. I'm not sure if the staff of this McDonald's is just some kind of special or don't know how to read or what but I can guarantee you I won't be coming back. My Tea is also always sour and you can tell that they don't change out their grease as frequently as they are supposed to.

Everytime go there food is nasty refried nuggets fries have so much salt birds are blowing up on them do your job or get some that can. Not at all spending some there again

Manager here needs to be fired. He is horrible with customers. He does the bare minimum of his job and acts like it is such a burden to satisfy customers simplest requests. He is rude and disrespectful to other employees as well.

Wow they never have hot fries, they are always hard and cold. The sandwiches look like someone threw the ingredients at the bun and hoped they would stick, I get that you can feel rushed but come on guys, a least try. Still always out of ice cream for shakes and stuff, the Nevada IA McDonalds is definitely a place to avoid

Everytime I order a large fry, it's really a medium fry if that. When will they learn to serve fries correctly especially if I ordered a large, I'd expect a large.

Unfortunately, the fries were cold and not very crispy.
Drive thru screen has been broken for months. The wait times are always long no matter if they are busy or not. I was waiting after I ordered in the drive through and after 25 minutes and many cars behind me getting their orders, I walked in and it still wasn’t done. No “sorry about that” or anything. Don’t waste your time.

For years going here has been a back and forth of sometimes okay service and other times bad service, either way I've probably never once saw their shake machine work more than once.
Most recently I went there, sat down at a table to fill out the survey for a 2 for 1 sandwich on an old receipt before older. A worker came out while I was sitting there with the sound of the toilet flushing behind him as the door opened (no sound of running sink water to indicate hands were washed.) I then finished my survey went up to the counter to order, scanned in my apps QR code then stood there waiting (no cars in the drive-thru, nobody besides the customer behind me inside) for 5 plus minutes, first guy working in the back walks towards the far back, second guy comes out of back looks at me then walks towards the back also, at which point I left. This is probably one of the worse McDonald's in the state lately.

Order through app for curbside, waited almost 40 min for order to be brought out, then had to go inside and wait another 10 min for order to be assembled. Very poor service.

Order a 1/4 pound meal about 2:30 in the afternoon. Only customer there. Received a half cooked sandwich, no fries and the drink. Good place to not go.
