I personally don't like the kiosk ordering at McDonald's. That's taking away from people to have a job just because the company wants to save some money. When I ordered my food I had a little bit longer than normal wait time even though there's nobody ordering or nobody in the store oh once I got my food my fries were cold didn't receive my drink that I ordered with my food until I had to go ask I mean there's things that could be changed which is...

I hate to beat up McDonald's because the folks working there are trying. Let's just admit Ronald is dead and these employees don't get the support they deserve because franchise owners aren't really giving them what they need. McDonald's isn't a career job for most so give them a break as this is entry level work and the employees are growing into more stable and permanent environments. This visit the fryers were broken so no crispy chicken for me.
