This is not the standard IowaMex restaurant you find all over the Midwest with the same uninspired menu. The food is delicious and much closer to what you’d expect to find in a humble restaurant in Mexico. It’s food from the heart and delicious. Don’t be put off by the setting. I’m already scheming for a return trip to try more of the menu. BTW, they understand gluten free needs and have many items that appetite me to be safe.

Very very good food!! We LOVED our dinners tonight. The enchiladas were wonderful, and the service was great. Fabulous food!
This place is a hidden gem!
Incredible food, and I’m comparing it to big cities. We are from California, now living in Washington and hands down better than 95% of places we’ve been to in our past lives.

We weren't sure if it was open when we got there since all the tables were pushed against the walls. The middle was wide open. Thank goodness we didn't turn around! The food, the service and the margaritas were amazing. We stopped for lunch during our annual flower shopping trip. The fajitas were great and I had a mango margarita...yum!

I would have gave the food. Five stars, except that I had shrimp fajita and for some reason, they leave the tales on them. But it was very tasty.

Waited 45 minutes 4 tables were served that came after us. Not staffed to handle lunch hour rush. Also have a baby wondering around in a walker that is a staff persons is unsafe. Will not be returning.

Best and most authentic and even non microwaved Mexican cuisine around. Other places in town overcharge for food the just nuke in the microwave and you'll notice the difference immediately.
