Good customer service but food isn’t great has been too much of condiments added to it and fries have been sitting out to long or not done completely.

Decently clean for McDonald's. 14.60$ for 2 people. Food was good. Service was average, forgot a sprite but got our cup back after showing the receipt.

3.99 for a large fry and your lucky to get a med amount of fries I don't mind paying extra for fries but when the box isn't even opened up all the way and fries aren't even up to the top it isn't worth it I went thru drive thru thinking that way I would get service because you go inside and they expect you to use the KIOSK no customer service at the counter? Noticed on other reviews that this MCD location skimps on fries REALLY!!!

Checked in early afternoon after a 3 hour drive, we were pooped. We were greeted by a very sweet young lady, Serena. She was very informative & helpful since we were not familiar with the area.
We decided to use room service instead of trying to find somewhere to go eat. Much to our surprise it was reasonably priced, quick service & very good!

I got a large fry with two spicy mchickens and a new gold snack wrap. We had to wait for the mcchickens to cook which is great. We love that but please don't give us fries that were boxed prior to the wait. The fries were not even filled. This picture was immediately after pulling them out of the bag. No fries were at the bottom of the bag either. I didn't go back because we were driving by the town. Just do better.

It's a decent experience for breakfast, but if your looking at going for supper forget it. This is by far the worst managed McDonald's. 30 minutes waiting with my 3 little ones after ordering on the kiosk and it also won't read my card.Your forced to pay at the register. So you wait for someone to attend the register for payment and no-one. While waiting i had 2 conversations. One with a person before me who waited 45 min. after his order was messed up and yet another person that didn't have anything good to say. Told my little ones forget it we'll go to Kwik Star after making my order and not having anyone around to ring our order up. They give cold food ,skimp out on filling the fries, and half the time mess the order up. Prices use to be affordable. Service use to be fast. Not sure what the deal is but management needs to address this.

The employees are super friendly and very efficient! They, like every place is always busy & understaffed. All of the employees do the best they can! They are supper helpful & do their best! Thank you for working so hard with an increasingly difficult clientele! Thank you!

Worst service ever. Not sure why McDonald's thinks the kiosk ordering is a good thing because there is never anyone at the actual register. There were 4 people working the day we stopped and I stood by counter twice for more than 3 min (didn't get our drink cups and didn't put happy meal toys in the box) had to flag them down/wave my hand to get their attention because God forbid they actually acknowledge a customer. This is not the first time we have had terrible service here.

There was also a man who ordered a hot coffee and waited way too long for it and asked the worker who acted like she had no ideas what the hell was going on and got her got pissed and just walked out with out the coffee. They finally out the coffee up on the counter and it was still there by the time we finished our food.

Maybe hire some competent people or have a manager who actually knows what the hell they are doing. They don't even deserve 1 star
