My husband ordered a gluten-free red velvet cake for my 50th birthday, today. I haven't had red velvet cake in over 10 years and I've been obsessed with it since then. New Beginnings delivered! Most gluten free options taste like cardboard. My first time eating a cupcake from here brought tears to my eyes. I forgot how good desserts can be! Stop buying those imitation gluten free products and buy their treats, you’ll thank me after! Straight from the hyvee freezer isle btw.
Fantastic bakery, with goods made by such wonderful people! I've had the opportunity to go into the kitchen and train with the owner. I was astounded by the amount of joy and love that goes into her baked goods....and the TIME she takes to perfect her recipes. I had no idea how complicated it was to create anything gluten (and dairy) free and ensuring it tastes delicious. Chantal is always working to bring new items to her menu and I highly suggest running out to get the new iced brownies!!

This place has incredible gluten-free treats!! I bought a lemon cupcake from the store which was quite tasty. My family was on a road trip and so I planned out a special order ahead of time. I got several donuts and the cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious and tasted so yummy warmed up!! The donuts were also amazing. My favorites were the fruity pebbles and birthday cake. The cocoa pebbles and rocky road donuts were so rich and fudgey. Certainly impressive quality treats being both gluten and dairy free!! I SO wish she could ship but I understand good quality stuff doesn't keep.
